Claims (23)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに結合される制御部と、
前記ハウジングの内部に結合され、前記制御部に連結されるステータ組立体と、
前記ステータの内側に配置されるローターと、
前記ローターに結合する回転軸と、
前記ハウジングに装着され、センサー装着部を含むボディーと、前記ボディーに含まれて前記センサー装着部と前記制御部と連結されるターミナルと、を含み、前記センサー装着部は、前記ハウジングの外部に配置されるセンサー連結部
を含むモーター。 - 前記センサー装着部は、他の部品が連結される前記ハウジングの前方に配置される請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記制御部は、前記ハウジングの後方に配置される請求項2に記載のモーター。
- 前記ボディーは、前記ターミナルが前記制御部に電気的に連結されるように前記制御部に直結する請求項3に記載のモーター。
- 前記センサー装着部は、前記回転軸の軸中心に向かって配置される第1装着部と、前記ボディーの先端に配置される第2装着部を含む請求項4に記載のモーター。
- 前記第1装着部に装着される変位センサーと前記第2装着部に装着される圧力センサーを含む請求項5に記載のモーター。
- 前記第2装着部は、前方に向かって入口が形成された結合スロットを含む請求項6に記載のモーター。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記センサー連結ブロックのボディーが着脱可能に結合する装着スロットを含む請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記ボディーは、前記センサー装着部を含む第1ボディーと、前記装着スロットに挿入されて前記制御部に結合される第2ボディーを含む請求項8に記載のモーター。
- 前記第1ボディーと前記第2ボディーは、段差となるように連結される請求項9に記載のモーター。
- 前記第2ボディーの端部には、前記ターミナルと連結されて前記制御部に結合する連結ピンが形成される請求項8に記載のモーター。
- 前記第2ボディーは、前記ステータ組立体と前記ハウジングの内側面との間に配置される請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記制御部は、前記ハウジングの背面に結合する請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記ステータの電源ターミナルは、前記制御部に直結する請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記ローターは、第1センサーマグネットが一体にモールディングされて結合される請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記回転軸の後段には、第2センサーマグネットが結合され、前記制御部は、前記第2センサーマグネットに対向配置されるホールセンサーを含む請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記ステータ組立体は、電源ターミナルと、前記電源ターミナル及びコイルと連結される中性ターミナルと、ベアリングが一体にモールディングされて成形される請求項1に記載のモーター。
- ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに結合される制御部と、前記ハウジングの内部に結合され、前記制御部に連結されるステータ組立体と、前記ステータの内側に配置されるローターと、前記ローターに結合する回転軸と、前記ハウジングに装着され、センサー装着部を含むボディーと、前記ボディーに含まれて前記センサー装着部と前記制御部と連結されるターミナルと、を含み、前記センサー装着部は、前記ハウジングの外部に配置されるモーターと、
インレットとアウトレットを備えるシリンダーを含むカバーと、
前記回転軸に連結されて前記シリンダーで往復移動するピストンを含むクラッチアクチュエーター。 - 前記センサー装着部は、前記回転軸の軸中心に向かって配置される第1装着部と、前記ボディーの先端に配置される第2装着部を含む請求項18に記載のクラッチアクチュエーター。
- 前記ピストンは、変位センサーマグネットを含み、
前記第1装着部に装着される変位センサーを含む請求項19に記載のクラッチアクチュエーター。 - 前記ボディーの先端は、前記アウトレットと連通され、
前記第2装着部に装着される圧力センサーを含む請求項20に記載のクラッチアクチュエーター。 - 前記ピストンと前記回転軸を連結するリードスクリューをさらに含む請求項18に記載のクラッチアクチュエーター。
- 前記カバーは、前記リードスクリューを支持するベアリングを含む請求項22に記載のクラッチアクチュエーター。
