数字スリーブ上の符号化画像は、外面の第2の部分に設けられ;
第2の回転部材は、複数の歯を有する歯車ホイールであり;
歯車ホイールは、薬剤用量投薬過程中に薬物送達デバイスの駆動スリーブと係合する。
Claims (20)
- 光復号システムであって:
薬物送達デバイスのハウジングと一体またはそれに取付け可能であり、薬物送達デバイスの用量設定投薬機構の第1および第2の回転部材に向けられるように構成された光センサと;
プロセッサとを含み、該プロセッサは:
光センサに第1および第2の回転部材の画像を薬剤用量投薬過程の少なくとも開始および終了のときに取り込ませ;
第1と第2の回転部材両方の回転位置を取込画像のそれぞれにおいて決定し;
薬物送達デバイスの用量設定投薬機構によって送達される薬剤の量を、第1および第2の回転部材の回転位置により決定するように構成される前記光復号システム。 - プロセッサはさらに、光センサに第1および第2の回転部材の画像を薬剤用量設定過程中に取り込ませるように構成される、請求項1に記載の光復号システム。
- プロセッサはさらに、薬物送達デバイスが薬剤用量ダイヤル設定モードであるか、それとも薬剤用量投薬モードであるかを取込画像から決定するように構成される、請求項2に記載の光復号システム。
- 薬剤用量ダイヤル設定モードでは、第1の回転部材は第1の方向に回転し、第2の回転部材は静止したままであり、薬剤用量投薬モードでは、第1の回転部材は第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に回転し、第2の回転部材は第1の方向に回転する、請求項3に記載の光復号システム。
- プロセッサはさらに、第1および第2の回転部材のそれぞれと関連付けられた符号化画像を識別するように構成され、それぞれの符号化画像は、それぞれの回転部材の異なる回転定位置を符号化する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- 第1と第2の回転部材の一意の回転定位置の数の最小公倍数は、薬物送達デバイスにダイヤル設定できる最大用量よりも大きい、請求項5に記載の光復号システム。
- 薬物送達デバイスにダイヤル設定できる最大用量は120単位である、請求項6に記載の光復号システム。
- プロセッサは、第1と第2の回転部材両方の回転定位置を薬剤用量投薬過程の開始および終了のときに決定し、決定された定位置を使用して投薬された薬剤の量を決定するように構成される、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- 第1の回転部材は、数字が外面の第1の部分に印付けられている中空円筒形の数字スリーブであり、符号化画像は、外面の第2の部分に設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- 第2の回転部材は、複数の歯を有する歯車ホイールである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- 歯車ホイール上の符号化画像は各歯車の歯の頂部に印付けられる、請求項10に記載の光復号システム。
- 光センサは、第1の回転部材の動きによって活性化されるように構成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- スイッチをさらに含み、ここで、該スイッチの状態の変化は、光センサを活性化させるように構成される、請求項12に記載の光復号システム。
- 薬物送達デバイスおよびスイッチは、薬物送達デバイスがゼロ単位薬物用量配置から1単位薬物用量配置へと動いたときにスイッチの状態が変化するように構成されて配置される、請求項13に記載の光復号システム。
- 表示デバイスをさらに含み、ここで、プロセッサは、送達された薬剤の量のインジケーションを表示デバイスに表示させるように構成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- 第1および/または第2の回転部材の一部分を照明するように構成された1つまたはそれ以上のLEDをさらに含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- 薬物送達デバイスに取り付けられるように構成された補助デバイスの一部である、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システム。
- 薬剤送達システムであって:
複数の符号化画像が外面のまわりにそれぞれ配置されている第1および第2の回転部材を含み、符号化画像のそれぞれは、それぞれの部材の個別の回転定位置に対応する、薬物送達デバイスと;
該薬物送達デバイスのハウジング内に保持される請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の光復号システムを含む、前記薬剤送達システム。 - 第1の回転部材は、数字が外面の第1の部分に印付けられている中空円筒形の数字スリーブであり;
数字スリーブ上の符号化画像は、外面の第2の部分に設けられ;
第2の回転部材は、複数の歯を有する歯車ホイールであり;
歯車ホイールは、薬剤用量投薬過程中に薬物送達デバイスの駆動スリーブと係合する、請求項18に記載の薬剤送達システム。 - 数字スリーブ上の符号化画像の数が24であり、歯車ホイール上の符号化画像の数が7である、請求項19に記載の薬剤送達システム。
