Abstract
Description
ヒーティングコアを加熱する一方、ブレードで被覆された電線を介して電力が印加されるヒーター;
垂直貫通形成された内部には電線が通過し、上段の周りには雄ネジ部が形成された管体状のシャフト;
垂直貫通された内部に設けられるヒーティングコア及びシャフトの上段を取り囲み、シャフトの雄ネジ部と螺合されるように内側下段に雌ネジ部が形成されたクランプナット;及び
中央に管体で構成され、前記シャフトの下端が結合されるように形成されたシャフト固定部を備え、そのシャフト固定部の周りには編組機に設置するためのブラケットが延設された設置台を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 上段に縮小された直径を有するヒーティング部110が設けられる銅又は銅合金材質のヒーティングコア100;
ヒーティングコア100を加熱する一方、ブレードで被覆された電線220を介して電力が印加されるヒーター200;
垂直貫通形成された内部には電線220が通過し、上段の周りには雄ネジ部320が形成された管体状のシャフト300;
垂直貫通された内部に設けられるヒーティングコア100及びシャフト300の上段を取り囲み、シャフト300の雄ネジ部320と螺合されるように内側下段には雌ネジ部420が形成されたクランプナット400;及び
中央に管体で構成され、前記シャフト300の下端が結合されるように形成されたシャフト固定部510を備え、そのシャフト固定部510の周りには編組機に設置するためのブラケット520が延設された設置台500を含むことを特徴とする水処理用中空糸膜補強用ブレードの内側面熱処理装置。 - 前記ヒーティングコア100は、その内側に下部に開放されたヒーター結合溝120が形成され、下段の周りに係止支持部130が形成されるように構成し、
前記ヒーター200は、ヒーティングコア100の下部からヒーター結合溝120に挿入されてヒーティングコア100を加熱し、下端が突出して絶縁碍子210で取り囲まれるように構成し、電線220を介して電力が印加されて熱を発生させるように構成し、
前記シャフト300は、上段内側に碍子支持溝310が形成されて絶縁碍子210の下端が挿入され、上段に絶縁ワッシャー330を介してヒーティングコア100の係止支持部130の下段に密着されるように構成し、
クランプナット400は、垂直貫通された内部に設けられるヒーティングコア100の係止支持部130及びシャフト300の上段を取り囲み、上段には係止支持部130の上端が係止されて支持されるように係止顎410が形成されて、雌ネジ部420を介してシャフト300の雄ネジ部320と締結する時、ヒーティングコア100の係止支持部130を加圧するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理用中空糸膜補強用ブレードの内側面熱処理装置。 - 前記ヒーティングコア100は、ヒーティング部110の下段から中間部の周りに係止支持部130が形成されるように構成し、
前記ヒーター200は、ヒーティングコア100の下部を取り囲むように構成されてヒーティングコア100を加熱し、その周りには下部に突出して電線220を一緒に取り囲む絶縁碍子210に取り囲まれるように構成されて電線220を介して電力が印加されて熱を発生させるように構成し、
前記シャフト300は、上段内側に碍子支持溝310が形成されて絶縁碍子210の下端が挿入され、その上段の周りには雄ネジ部320が形成されるように構成し、
前記クランプナット400は、垂直貫通された内部に設けられるヒーティングコア100の係止支持部130及びシャフト300の上段を取り囲み、その上段には係止支持部130の上端が係止されて支持されるように係止顎410が形成されて、雌ネジ部420を介してシャフト300の雄ネジ部320と締結する時、ヒーティングコア100の係止支持部130を加圧して固定するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理用中空糸膜補強用ブレードの内側面熱処理装置。 - 前記ヒーティングコア100のヒーティング部110は、
滑らかな表面粗さを与えるためにクロムメッキ層521をさらに形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理用中空糸膜補強用ブレードの内側面熱処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の熱処理装置を用いて製造されたブレード。
