Claims (14)
- 製品、特に包装された食品の高圧処理のための方法であって、第1の方法のステップにおいて、前記製品は高圧チャンバ(2)内で圧力媒体にさらされ、その後の方法のステップにおいて、前記高圧チャンバ(2)で上昇した圧力を再び低下させ、前記圧力を低下させる前記ステップが1つまたは複数の段階(17,19,20)で行われ、少なくとも1つの前記段階(19)において、前記圧力を低下させる前記ステップが制御され、前記圧力上昇中に記録された第1のパラメータによって決定される第2のパラメータが前記制御に使用される、方法。
- 前記制御が、パラメータフィールドに基づいて実行され、前記パラメータフィールドは、前記圧力減少の特定のセグメントをそれぞれ表す複数の第2パラメータを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力媒体のどの質量、特にどの質量流量が前記圧力上昇中に特定の圧力差を達成するために必要とされるかが前記第1のパラメータとして決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力媒体のどの体積、特にどの体積流量が前記圧力上昇中に特定の圧力差を達成するために必要とされるかが前記第1のパラメータとして決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力上昇中に、特定の圧力差を達成するために必要とされるポンプストロークの数が計数されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のパラメータに、少なくとも1つの補正係数が割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力上昇中に記録された前記第1のパラメータが、前記圧力の前記低下を制御するデータ処理装置(7)に送信されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御された段階(19)の開始時および/またはその間に、前記圧力減少の所望の経時変化を達成することができる調整の程度が、前記第2のパラメータを用いて圧力減少手段(11)に対して決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力減少の開始後、前記高圧チャンバ(2)内の、または前記高圧チャンバ(2)と前記圧力減少手段(11)との間の現在圧力が、少なくとも1つの圧力センサ(9)によって測定され、前記圧力減少の前記所望の経時変化と前記測定された現在圧力との間にかい離がある場合には、前記圧力減少の補正が実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御が、目標コリドー内のパスに従うことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 圧力チャンバ(2)に高圧媒体を供給するための第1の装置(3,4)と、前記圧力チャンバ(2)内の圧力を低下させるための第2の装置(10,11,12)とを備え、前記第2の装置(10,11,12)は、少なくとも1つの圧力減少手段(11)と、データリンク(13)を介して前記少なくとも1つの圧力減少手段(11)に接続されたデータ処理装置(7)とを備える、製品の高圧処理、特に請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法による高圧処理のためのシステムであって、
前記第1の装置(4)が測定装置(5)を備え、前記測定装置(5)は、前記少なくとも1つの圧力減少手段(11)を制御するためにデータリンク(6a,6b,6c)を介して前記データ処理装置(7)に接続される
ことを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記測定装置(5)が動的な体積測定装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定装置(5)が動的な質量測定装置を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記測定装置(5)が、前記高圧チャンバ(2)に供給する高圧ポンプ(4)のポンプストロークを記録するためのセンサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のシステム。
