Abstract
Description
本発明は、一般にフレキシブル(可撓性)ホースの技術分野に適用が可能であり、特に、好適には水を移送する注水(灌漑)ホースまたはガーデンホースである伸長性フレキシブルホース、すなわち、内部を流体が通過することによって自動的に伸長し、液体の圧力が停止すると自動的に縮小することができるホースに関する。
ここで使用される「テキスタイル(織物、編物、布地、等)補強層」あるいはその派生語は、サポート(支持)層上に配置された少なくとも1層のテキスタイルヤーン(糸、糸状物)で成る層のことである。この「テキスタイル補強層」は、一般に正方形、長方形、あるいは菱形形状である自由(非拘束)部分を残すようにサポート層上に配置される。
給水用の水のごとき液体を移送する伸長性フレキシブルホースは、内部を流体が流れると自動的に伸長し、液体の圧力が終了すると自動的に収縮することが知られている。
上記の図面に示すように、伸長性ホース1は、液体の移送のために有利に利用できる。特に、このフレキシブルホース1は水の移送のための給水ホースまたはガーデンホースでよい。

Claims (28)
- 液体、特に水を移送するための伸長性フレキシブルホースであって、
第1の弾性ポリマー材料製の少なくとも1つの内側層(10)と、
第2の弾性ポリマー材料製の少なくとも1つの外側層(20)と、
前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)と前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)との間に介在されている少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)と、
を備えてなり、
前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)と前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)は相互に結合されて一体的管状部材(50)を形成しており、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)は前記一体的管状部材(50)内に埋め込まれており、
前記一体的管状部材(50)は、内部を通流する液体から付与される作用圧力によって自動的に伸長して拡張しその元来の長さと管径をそれぞれ増大させるような、且つ、作用圧力が停止するとその元来の長さと管径を復活させるよう自動的に回復するような、弾性を有しており、
前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)は、前記一体的管状部材(50)内を液体が一切流れていないときの休止形態と、該一体的管状部材(50)が作用圧力によって伸長して拡張したときの作用形態との間で形態変化するようになっている、
ことを特徴とする伸長性フレキシブルホース。 - 前記一体的管状部材(50)の自動的な伸長と拡張は、前記休止形態から前記作用形態への前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)の形態変化を促し、前記一体的管状部材(50)の自動的回復は、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)を前記作用形態から前記休止形態に復帰させる、請求項1に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30、40)と前記一体的管状部材(50)は、該少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30、40)がその伸長および拡張で該一体的管状部材(50)を捕捉してその最大長と最大管径を画定するよう、相互的に形態化されている、請求項1又は2に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)は、複数のカバーされていない領域(13)を残すように前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)の外面(12)に配置されており、前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)と前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)とが、前記カバーされていない領域(13)に対応して相互結合されている、請求項1、2または3に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 前記一体的管状部材(50)は、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)が前記休止形態にあるときに元来の管径と元来の長さを有し、前記一体的管状部材(50)は、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)が前記作用形態にあるときに伸長して拡張される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 少なくとも1つの第1テキスタイル補強層(30)及び少なくとも1つの第2テキスタイル補強層(40)を含んでおり、
前記少なくとも1つの第1テキスタイル補強層(30)と前記一体的管状部材(50)は、該少なくとも1つの第1テキスタイル補強層(30)がその伸長時に該一体的管状部材(50)を捕捉してその最大長を画定するように、相互的に形態化されており、
前記少なくとも1つの第2テキスタイル補強層(40)と前記一体的管状部材(50)は、該少なくとも1つの第2テキスタイル補強層(40)がその拡張時に該一体的管状部材(50)を捕捉してその最大管径を画定するように、相互的に形態化されている、
請求項5に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。 - 前記第2テキスタイル補強層(40)は、前記第1テキスタイル補強層(30)に対して外側に配置されており、前記少なくとも1つの第1テキスタイル補強層(30)は編形態、織形態または結節形態からなる群から選択され、前記少なくとも1つの第2テキスタイル補強層(40)はスパイラル形態またはブレード形態である、請求項6に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 前記一体的管状部材(50)と前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)は、本伸長性フレキシブルホースが2バールの作用圧力で、その元来の長さの少なくとも1.5倍にその長さを増大させ、好適には、その元来の長さの少なくとも2倍にその長さを増大させ、さらに好適にはその元来の長さの少なくとも2.5倍にその長さを増大させるように、互いに協調する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 前記一体的管状部材(50)は、前記作用圧力によって一旦伸長し拡張すると、一切の他の付勢手段を介さずに自身の弾性の作用のみによってその元来の長さに復帰する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 本伸長性フレキシブルホース内にその伸長と拡張を促す作用圧力を発生させるため、少なくとも1つの規制部または少なくとも1つの通流規制手段(61)を更に備えており、該少なくとも1つの規制部または該少なくとも1つの通流規制手段(61)は、該伸長性フレキシブルホース内に提供されているか、該伸長性フレキシブルホースに接続されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。
- 本伸長性フレキシブルホースは水を移送するためのガーデンホースである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の伸長性フレキシブルホース。

- 前記一体的管状部材(50)と前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)は、5バールの作用圧力による該一体的管状部材(50)の内径の径方向拡張率が、液体が内部を通流しないときの内径の20%未満であり、好適には15%未満である、

(a)第1の熱可塑性ポリマー弾性材料製の少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を準備するステップと、

前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型する前記ステップ(d)は、該少なくとも1つの外側層(20)と前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を相互的に結合して一体的管状部材(50)を得るステップを含んでおり、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)はその内部に埋め込まれており、
前記一体的管状部材(50)は、内部を通流する液体により付与される作用圧力によりその元来の長さと管径を増大させるように自動的に伸長して拡張するような、且つ、一旦作用圧力が停止すると再び元来の長さと管径を自動的に回復させるような弾性を有しており、
前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)は、前記一体的管状部材(50)内を液体が一切流れていないときの休止形態と、該一体的管状部材(50)が作用圧力によって伸長して拡張したときの作用形態との間で形態変化するようになっている、
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)を設ける前記ステップ(c)と、前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型するステップ(d)は、前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)がその元来の長さに対して伸長されるときに達成される、請求項19に記載の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を伸長する前記ステップ(b)は、それを引き伸ばすことによって実施される、請求項19又は20に記載の製造方法。
- 前記引き伸ばしは、前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を圧迫して搬送するように構成されている少なくとも2つの回転装置(120,121)によって達成され、
第1の搬送装置(120)は、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)を設ける前記ステップ(c)に先立って前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を圧迫し、
第2の搬送装置(121)は、前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型する前記ステップ(d)の後に前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を圧迫し、
前記第2の搬送装置(121)は前記第1の搬送装置(120)よりも速く回転して前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を連続的に延伸させる、請求項21に記載の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)は、移送される液体と接触するようになっている分離フィルム(11)を内部に含んでおり、前記回転搬送装置(120,121)から出てきたときに分離を促す、請求項22に記載の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型する前記ステップ(d)は、作用形態の前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)によって達成され、
前記ステップ(d)後の伸長性フレキシブルホースは、前記一体的管状部材(50)の回復が作用形態から休止形態への前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)の形態変化を促すよう回復する、請求項19〜23のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)と前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)との間の結合が前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型する前記ステップ(d)によって達成されるように、前記第1のポリマー材料と前記第2のポリマー材料とは互いに両立性である、請求項19〜24のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型する前記ステップ(d)は、前記一体的管状部材(50)の総重量に対して3重量%から10重量%であるところのメートル当たり重量を有するフィルムを押出し成型することを許容する押出型(151)によって実行され、該押出型(151)は吸引環境下に置かれている、請求項19〜25のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項19〜26のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法によって伸長性フレキシブルホースを連続製造するための製造ラインであって、
第1の弾性ポリマー熱可塑性材料製の少なくとも1つの内側層(10)のための入口(101)と、
前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を元来の長さに対して延伸させる手段(120,121)と、
半完成ホース(25)を得るべく、延伸された前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)上に少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)を設けるための少なくとも1つのステーション(130,140)と、
前記半完成ホース(25)上に第2のポリマー熱可塑性弾性材料製の少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型するための押出し成型ステーション(150)と、
完成したフレキシブルホース(1)のための出口(102)と、
を備えており、
前記押出し成型ステーション(150)で、前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)と前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)は相互に結合して一体的管状部材(50)を形成すると共に、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)はその内部に埋め込まれ、
前記一体的管状部材(50)は、内部を通流する液体から付与される作用圧力で自動的に伸長および拡張してそれぞれ元来の長さと管径を増大させるような、且つ、該作用圧力が一旦停止すると元来の長さと管径を自動的に回復させるような弾性を有しており、
前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)は、前記一体的管状部材(50)を液体が一切通流しないときの休止形態と、作用圧力によって該一体的管状部材(50)が伸長して拡張するときの作用形態との間で形態変化することができ、
前記延伸手段(120,121)は、前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)を搬送すると共に圧迫可能な少なくとも2の回転装置(120,121)を含んでおり、
第1の搬送装置(120)は、前記少なくとも1つのテキスタイル補強層(30,40)を設けるための前記ステーション(130)の上流に位置し、
第2の搬送装置(121)は、前記少なくとも1つの外側層(20)を押出し成型する前記ステーション(150)の下流に位置しており、
前記第2の搬送装置(121)は前記第1の搬送装置(120)よりも速く回転し、前記少なくとも1つの内側層(10)が連続的に延伸される、
ことを特徴とする製造ライン。 - 前記第1の搬送装置(120)の回転速度と前記第2の搬送装置(121)の回転速度の比が、1:2から1:5であり、好適には1:3から1:5である、請求項27に記載の製造ライン。
