Abstract
Description
試験方法は、以下を含む。
ポリマー密度をASTM D792に従って測定する。
I2をASTM D1238に従って測定する(190℃/2.16kg)。
ボイルインバッグ試験を以下のステップに従って実施する。
ステップ1.好適なサイズの長方形の積層体の切り取り、内部サイズが約10cm×15cmの完成した小袋を作製する。
ステップ2.200℃及び50psiで長方形片の底辺及び側辺を熱融着させる。
ステップ3:小袋に100グラムのMeijer蒸留ホワイトビネガー/Mazolaトウモロコシ油/Heinzトマトケチャップ(重量比1:1:1)の混合物を充填する。充填後に小袋の上部を封止する。
ステップ4:小袋を沸騰している水の中に置き、1時間放置する。
ステップ5:小袋を水から出す。小袋を切って開封し、内容物を空ける。1インチのストリップを切り、引張試験機上で積層付着強度を測定する。このステップは、ステップ4の後10分以内に完了する。
無水マレイン酸の濃度を、波数1791cm−1での無水マレイン酸のピーク高さのポリマー参照ピークに対する割合によって決定し、ポリエチレンの場合は波数2019cm−1で行う。この割合に適切な較正定数を掛けることによって無水マレイン酸含有量を計算した。マレイン酸グラフトポリオレフィンに使用した方程式(ポリエチレンに対する参照ピークを用いる)は、方程式1Aに示す通り、以下の形式を有する。

- 金属含有層に塗布された無水マレイン酸官能化ポリオレフィンを含むポリマー層を備える、多層構造。
- 前記無水マレイン酸官能化ポリオレフィンが、前記金属含有層上に押出積層及び/または押出被覆される、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- 前記ポリマー層が、無水マレイン酸で反応器後に官能化されたポリエチレンから形成される、請求項1に記載の多層構造。
- 前記ポリエチレン系ポリマーが、0.865g/cc以上の密度を有する高密度ポリエチレンである、請求項3に記載の多層構造。
- 前記ポリエチレン系ポリマーが、0.90g/cc以上の密度を有する高密度ポリエチレンである、請求項3に記載の多層構造。
- 前記ポリエチレン系ポリマーが、0.935g/cc以上の密度を有する高密度ポリエチレンである、請求項3に記載の多層構造。
- 前記ポリエチレン系ポリマーが、0.950g/cc以上の密度を有する高密度ポリエチレンである、請求項3に記載の多層構造。
