- アノードガス拡散層及びカソードガス拡散層の間に膜電極接合体が位置する膜電極ガス拡散層接合体と、
前記アノードガス拡散層に接したアノードセパレータと、
前記カソードガス拡散層に接したカソードセパレータと、を備え、
前記アノードセパレータ及びカソードセパレータのそれぞれは、アノード入口、アノード出口、カソード入口、及びカソード出口を有し、
前記アノード入口は、前記カソード入口よりも前記カソード出口の近くに位置し、
前記アノード出口は、前記カソード出口よりも前記カソード入口の近くに位置し、
前記アノードセパレータは、前記アノード入口から前記アノード出口へアノードガスを案内するアノード流路を有し、
前記カソードセパレータは、前記カソード入口から前記カソード出口へカソードガスを案内するカソード流路を有し、
前記アノード流路は、前記アノードガス拡散層に接触したリブと、前記アノードガス拡散層に接触しない溝とを有し、
前記アノード流路は、前記アノード入口から前記アノード出口の順に、上流域、中流域、及び下流域を含み、
前記上流域は、前記アノード出口よりも前記アノード入口の近くに位置し、かつ前記カソード入口よりも前記カソード出口の近くに位置し、
