Abstract
Description
シリコンなどの弾性材料からなるフレームを有し、微細金属網を取り囲み、拡散したナノバブル水を細かく破砕する第4のリテーナと、破砕されたナノバブル水を拡散するために規定長さの円筒状リングと、ナノバルブ水を勢いよく出力するために狭くなった端部と、前記第2の本体部の前記ねじ切り部を結合し、挿入されて閉塞する閉塞リングとを有する出力部とを備え、端部は狭くなっており、前記第3のリテーナ、前記第4のリテーナ及び前記円筒状リングは前記第2の本体内に位置し、前記出力部は互いに螺合して前記ナノバルブ水を順次処理する。
Claims (12)
- モータと、前記モータに一体化されたポンプと、前記ポンプに接続されたポンプと、圧力タンクの吸水口に取り付けられた気泡発生管と、全てのシステムを制御するための電子制御部とを有する、適用ガスを含むナノバブル水生成装置であって、
前記圧力タンク内の圧力を均一に制御するために外気又は特定のガスを内部に導入する外気流入部と、前記外気流入部の上部に気密に接続され、供給される前記外気又は前記特定のガスの量を調整する圧力調整部とを有する圧力調整器と、
ナノバルブ水のサイズをさらに微細化するために、最終的に前記圧力タンクから出口管を介してナノバブル水を膨張させて破砕するナノバルブ水膨張管とを備える。 - 請求項1に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバルブ水生成装置であって、
前記ナノバルブ水発生管は、前記圧力タンクの水流入ポートに直接的に接続されており、真空チャンバ内の全長よりも短い高さの中空管が内部に水平に取り付けられ、織り糸状の網部材が挿入され、一端にノズル孔が形成され、周壁周りに異なる形状の複数の微細なノズル孔が形成されている。 - 請求項1に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバブル水生成装置であって、
前記外気流入部は、カップ部と、中央に形成された空間と、前記空間に外気を導入するために吸気管に接続された流入通路と、前記外気を排出管を介して排出するための排出路と、前記流入通路と前記出力通路とを連通するように所定の高さを有する本体内にてバネ座及びノズルを中心に形成される筒体とを備える。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバブル水生成装置であって、
前記外気流入部は内部に位置する閉塞部材のクロス部及び脚部を有し、前記圧力調節部は、弁を構成し、内部に位置する頭部を有し、
前記外気流入部の上部周囲周りの肩部に装着された支持板が境界として形成され、前記弁は、
前記カップ部の上部周囲上に前記支持板を有して前記空間を閉塞し、前記外気流入部と前記圧力調整部との境界を規定し、前記バネと共に前記外気導入管に挿入されて前記ノズルを開閉する尖端を有する脚部と、前記支持板の下部に直に隣接して前記バネによって弾性的に支持されるクロス部と、前記支持板から上方に一体に延びて上端に前記ねじ部を形成するねじ切り部を含む閉塞部材と、前記クロス部の上端から突出して前記ねじ切り部に連結され、前記支持板の上面に対して密着した隣接部材を含む頭部とを備える。 - 請求項1に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバルブ水生成装置であって、
前記ナノバルブ水膨張管は、
内部に中空に形成された入口部と、
内側部に形成された中間壁に設けられた前記入口部の外側に螺合され、前記中間壁に少なくとも2個の孔が穿設された容積部と、
さらに微細化するために、ナノバブル水を膨張させて破砕させる穴に取り付けられた破砕構造と、
前記容積部にねじ結合され、前記容積部と隣接して同じ大きさの容積を狭めるように小径の出口ポートを含む出口部とを備える。 - 請求項1に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバブル水生成装置であって、
前記圧力調整部は、
前記外気流入部の上部フランジに結合される下部フランジを形成し、前記閉塞部材の前記頭部を収容するための二重の中空空間を形成する下部と、
六角ナットを収容する六角体が内部に形成され、外周にねじ切り部が形成され前記下部より小径となって延びる上部と、
前記上部の前記ねじ切り部に螺合して前記長さ部分に沿って上下動する回転体を有する回転部と、
前記回転体の上部に設けられたマイクロモータの駆動軸に連結され、前記回転体の内側中心から下方に延びた内壁に装着された移動部材と、
前記移動部材の下部に連結され、外周に前記六角ナットが回転可能に装着され、前記頭部の中心のねじ孔に挿入されたねじ部材を含む回転ねじ部とを備える。 - 請求項1又は3に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバルブ水生成装置であって、
前記破砕構造は、
前記中間壁に結合されるねじ部に形成された下部本体を含む本体と、
前記下部と前記フランジから既定距離を隔てて延びた上部本体との境界を形成するフランジであって、表面に第1のスリットが形成され、内部に前記下部本体は円形金属板を保持する第1のリテーナを有し、中央にナノバブル水を高速で膨張させる微細な穴のオリフィスが形成され、円状の周囲に弾性部材からなる外側フレームが設けられたフランジと、
ナノバルブ水をさらに破砕して微細化するために第1の微細な網を保持するように構成された弾性材料からなる他のフレームを含む第2のリテーナと、
上部フレームを含むキャップ形状を有し、他の第2の微細な網が取り付けられた破砕部材と、
前記上側フレームから下方に向って一体に延び、ナノバブル水を同時に膨張、破砕するために周囲に複数の第2のスリットが形成された円形体とを備える。 - モータ、前記モータに一体的に連結され、水供給管を通じて導入された液体を圧力タンクに一定圧力で供給するポンプと、前記圧力タンクの吸水口に装着されたナノバブル水生成管と、全てのシステムを制御する電子制御部とを備えた、適用ガスを含む前記ナノバブル水生成装置であって、
前記圧力タンクは、ブラケット上に取り付けられ、少なくとも2個が下部で互いに接続されており、
互いに向かい合う少なくとも2個の前記圧力タンク内の圧力を制御するための外気及び/又は特定のガスを誘導する入口部分と、
前記上部に気密に密着され、供給される外気及び/又は特定のガス並びにナノバルブ水の量を調節する圧力調節部を含む圧力調節器と、
前記圧力タンクから排出管を通過する前記ナノバルブ水を、最終的に膨張して破砕し、より短時間でさらに微細化するナノバルブ水膨張管とを備える。 - 請求項8に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバブル水生成装置であって、
前記ナノバブル水出力管は、
一端が排出管に接続され、外周にねじ部が形成された第2の本体と、
円形金属板を取り囲むように弾性材料からなるフレームを有し、中心に第2のオリフィスが形成された第3のリテーナと、
シリコンなどの弾性材料からなるフレームを有し、微細金属網を取り囲み、拡散したナノバブル水を細かく破砕する第4のリテーナと、
破砕されたナノバブル水を拡散するために規定長さの円筒状リングと、ナノバルブ水を勢いよく出力するために狭くなった端部と、前記第2の本体部の前記ねじ切り部を結合し、挿入されて閉塞する閉塞リングとを有する出力部とを備え、端部は狭くなっており、
前記第3のリテーナ、前記第4のリテーナ及び前記円筒状リングは前記第2の本体内に位置し、前記出力部は互いに螺合して前記ナノバルブ水を順次処理する。 - モータ、前記モータに一体的に連結され、既定圧力で液体を供給管を通して圧力タンクに供給するポンプと、全システムを制御する電子制御部とを備えた、適用ガスを含む前記ナノバブル水生成装置であって、
前記圧力タンク内に外気及び/又は特定のガスを供給して圧力を均一に維持する外気流入部と、前記外気流入部の上部に気密に密着し、前記圧力タンクに供給される外気の量を調整する圧力調整部とを有する圧力調整器と、
前記圧力タンクから前記吐出管を通過するナノバブル水を最終的に膨張させて破砕してさらに微粒子化するナノバブル水出力管と、
2区画セル及び3区画セルの電解液装置として構成され、酸素ガス(O2)及び/又は水素イオン(H+)を生成する第1及び第2の電解質ガス発生部とを備える。 - 請求項10に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバルブ水生成装置であって、
第1の電解質のガス発生部は、原水を供給する貯留タンク、2区画セル型の誘電体ダイヤフラム電解セル、前記誘電体ダイヤフラム電解セルの間に取り付けられた誘電体ダイヤフラム、内部に陽極が設けられた第1の陽極チャンバと、内部に陰極が設けられた第2の陰極チャンバとを備え、酸素ガス(O2)及び/又は水素イオン(H+)を発生させるために原水が前記何れかのチャンバに供給される。 - 請求項10に記載の適用ガスを含むナノバルブ水生成装置であって、
第1の電解質のガス発生部は、原水を供給する貯留タンク、2区画セル型の誘電体ダイヤフラム電解セル、前記誘電体ダイヤフラム電解セルの間に取り付けられた誘電体ダイヤフラム、内部に陽極が設けられた第1の陽極チャンバと、内部に陰極が設けられた第2の陰極チャンバとを備え、酸素ガス(O2)及び/又は水素イオン(H+)を発生させるために原水が前記何れかのチャンバに供給される。
