Abstract
Description
しかしながら、水分子として結晶中に含まれる場合とヒドロキシ基とプロトンで結晶中に含まれる場合があり、どちらも結晶構造は全く異なるが、本発明では結晶構造に限定されるものではないので、どちらか一方であるか、または非晶質でも良い。一例は非常に単純な組成比のもので記したが、本実施例で用いた化合物例として示したものでは化学式量はもっと大きいものとなっているものが多い。

Claims (8)
- 可視光応答型光触媒機能を持つ光触媒において、(NH3)x−y・My・mWO3・rH2O(x−y>0、y≧0、m>0、r≧0)、My・mWO3・rH2O(y>0、m>0、r≧0)、(NH4)2(x−y)・M2y・(WO4)z・rH2O(x−y>0、y≧0、z>0、r≧0)またはMy・(WO4)z・rH2O(y>0、z>0、r≧0)、(NH4)2(x−y)・M2y・(WO4)z・(WO3)q・rH2O(x−y>0、y≧0、z>0、q>0、r≧0)、My・(WO4)z・(WO3)q・rH2O(y>0、z>0、q>0、r≧0)(M:Li、Na、K、Cs、Rb)の中から少なくとも一種以上を含んだものからなるタングステン化合物であることを特徴とする光触媒化合物。
- 請求項1記載の化合物の平均粒径が0.2μmサイズ以下であることを特徴とする光触媒化合物粉。
- 請求項1記載の化合物の平均粒径が1μmサイズ以下であり、且つ平均粒径が50nmサイズ以下の粒子が少なくとも10重量%以上あることを特徴とする光触媒化合物塗料。
- 請求項1〜3記載の光触媒化合物のいずれかを少なくとも0.1重量%含んだものからなる光触媒塗料。
- 請求項4記載の光触媒塗料において酸化チタンナノ粒子、又は三酸化タングステンナノ粒子の中の少なくとも一種以上を添加し、且つシロキサン化合物またはシリカナノ粒子を添加したものからなる光触媒塗料。
- 請求項1〜5記載の光触媒化合物のいずれかを含んだものからなる光触媒塗料において、被着体に塗膜して120℃で乾燥した後に純水に浸漬し被着体に付着した塗膜材料の減少率として浸漬前に比較して浸漬後の減少率が20重量%以下であることを特徴とした光触媒塗料。
- 請求項1〜5記載の光触媒化合物のいずれかを被着させたものからなる光触媒機能効果を有する部材。
- 請求項1〜8記載の光触媒化合物、光触媒塗料又は光触媒機能効果を有する部材において暗所で触媒機能を使用することを特徴とする使用方法。
