Claims (12)
- 生体サンプルを収容する収容手段及び前記収容手段内に進入して前記収容手段内に収容される生体サンプルに対して細切作業を行う切削手段を有する切り取りモジュールと、
回転可能の遠心盤及び互いに間隔を置いて該遠心盤に設置される複数の遠心管と、前記遠心盤と所定の距離を置いて配置される磁力手段とを有する遠心分離モジュールと、
前記収容手段内に収容される生体サンプルを前記遠心分離モジュールに搬送すること、及び前記遠心管に対して薬液を添加することとを実行する搬送モジュールと、
前記切り取りモジュールと前記遠心分離モジュールと前記搬送モジュールと信号接続し、前記切り取りモジュールにおける前記切削手段が行う前記細切作業と、前記収容手段内に収容される生体サンプルを前記遠心分離モジュールに搬送する搬送作業と前記遠心管に対して薬液を添加する添加作業と、前記遠心分離モジュールにおける前記磁力手段が前記遠心管に対して発する磁力を制御して前記生体サンプルから目的の細胞を分離する制御ユニットと、を備えた細胞の分離純化装置。 - 前記遠心分離モジュールと、前記切り取りモジュールとは、所定の第1の方向において間を開けて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記切り取りモジュールは、前記第1の方向に沿って移動するように駆動される移動プレートを更に備え、前記収容手段は、前記移動プレートの上に載置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記搬送モジュールは、前記遠心分離モジュール及び前記切り取りモジュールの上方において、前記第1の方向に沿って延伸するレールと、前記レールに沿って移動可能に取付けられている可動台座と、を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記搬送モジュールは、前記第1の方向と直交し且つ縦方向に沿って延伸する第2の方向において往復移動可能に前記可動台座に接続され、前記収容手段内に収容される生体サンプルを前記遠心分離モジュールに搬送するサンプル搬送手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記遠心分離モジュールと、前記切り取りモジュールとの間、且つ、前記搬送モジュールの下方に配置されている備品モジュールを更に備え、
前記備品モジュールは、上方に向かって開口する廃棄品収容空間を囲むと共に、前記サンプル搬送手段が添加する薬液を収容できる複数の空容器が配置されており、
前記搬送モジュールの前記サンプル搬送手段は、前記備品モジュールに配置されている前記空容器を取り出して前記遠心管に対して薬液を添加することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。 - 前記切削手段は回転ブレードであり、
前記切り取りモジュールは、前記切削手段を回転駆動するモータを更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。 - 前記遠心分離モジュールは、前記制御ユニットにより制御されて前記遠心盤を駆動するステッピングモータを更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記磁力手段は、永久磁石であり、前記制御ユニットは該永久磁石の前記遠心管との相対距離を制御することにより、前記磁力手段の前記遠心管に対して発する磁力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記磁力手段は、前記制御ユニットにより制御される電磁石であり、前記制御ユニットは該電磁石に対して供給する電力を制御することにより、前記磁力手段の前記遠心管に対して発する磁力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記切り取りモジュールと、前記遠心分離モジュールと、前記搬送モジュールと、前記備品モジュールとを収容する密閉空間を外部と隔離する外壁を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
- 前記外壁に配置され、且つ、前記制御ユニットと信号接続する操作インタフェイスを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の細胞の分離純化装置。
