Abstract
【解決手段】回転スイッチ100が回転ボタン102と細長い部材108、108´とを備え、前記回転ボタンが回転軸線を有し、且つ複数の角度位置に移動可能であり、前記細長い部材が回転ボタンの軸線に対して縦方向に延在する。導電性部材124は、プリント回路基板122に形成される、角度をなして変位する複数のトレースラインの近傍に位置決めされている。回転ボタンが回転されると、回転が導電性部材の縦方向の移動に変換され、導電性部材が少なくとも1つのトレースラインに接触して回路を閉じる。

Description
或いは、単一の細長い部材の構成では、単一の接点又はトレースラインが導電性部材によって接触する場合、接点又はトレースラインと径方向にオフセットする追加の接点との間に電気的接続が形成されることができる。
Claims (20)
- 回転スイッチであって、
複数の接点と、
回転軸線を有し、且つ複数の角度位置に移動可能な回転ボタンと、
近側端を有し、前記回転ボタンの軸線に略平行な縦方向に延在する細長い部材と、
前記縦方向に移動可能な導電性部材とを備え、
前記細長い部材が前記導電性部材に隣接する遠側端を備え、
前記複数の接点のうちの少なくとも1つに接触するように、前記回転ボタンの角運動が前記導電性部材の縦方向の変位に変換されることを特徴とする回転スイッチ。 - 台座をさらに備え、
前記回転ボタンが前記台座内に位置決めされ、前記回転ボタンが前記台座に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。 - 前記導電性部材が前記複数の接点のうちの少なくとも2つを覆うように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の接点がプリント回路基板に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の接点が互いに角度をなしてオフセットすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記導電性部材がシリコーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記導電性部材が可撓性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記可撓性材料が前記複数の接点を覆うように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の接点がプリント回路基板に位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の接点が少なくとも90度の角度をなすパターンとして形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記細長い部材の遠側端に固定されるホイールをさらに備え、前記ホイールが前記導電性部材の上面に接触することにより、前記導電性部材の底面を前記複数の接点のうちの少なくとも1つに接触させ、前記回転ボタンが回転されると、前記ホイールが角度方向に変位することにより、前記導電性部材を前記複数の接点のうちの他の少なくとも1つ接点に接触させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の接点が360度のパターンとして形成され、且つ前記導電性部材がリングとして形成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記導電性部材の底面には、前記リングの周縁の周りに延在する肩部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の接点から径方向にオフセットし、且つリングとして形成される接点をさらに備え、前記導電性部材の肩部が径方向にオフセットする接点に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 2つの細長い部材をさらに備え、それぞれの細長い部材がいずれも近側端を有し、前記近側端が前記回転ボタンの軸線に対して縦方向に前記導電性部材に隣接する遠側端へ延在し、ホイールがそれぞれの遠側端に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記ホイールがそれぞれ前記導電性部材の上面に接触することにより、前記導電性部材の各ホイールの近傍に位置する底面を前記複数の接点のうちの少なくとも1つに同時に接触させることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記細長い部材の遠側端に固定されるホイールをさらに備え、前記ホイールが前記導電性部材の上面に接触することにより、前記導電性部材の底面を前記複数の接点のうちの2つに同時に接触させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記回転ボタンが角度位置でのキャビティを備え、且つ前記細長い部材を縦方向に変位可能にすることにより、前記回転ボタンが、前記細長い部材に対応する角度位置に回転されると、前記細長い部材が縦方向に変位することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記細長い部材が複数の細長い部材を備え、且つ、前記導電性部材が複数の導電性部材を備え、前記複数の導電性部材のそれぞれが前記複数の接点からなるグループに対応することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の回転スイッチ。
- 前記複数の導電性部材のうちのそれぞれの導電性部材に用いられる弾性部材をさらに備え、前記弾性部材が、それぞれの導電性部材を対応するグループの接点から離れさせることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の回転スイッチ。
