Claims (14)
- 入力映像が表示されるディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネル上に配置された透明基板と、
光源からの光を前記透明基板に照射する入光素子とを備え、
前記入光素子の位置でホログラム素子を通じて特定形態の視覚情報が再生される指紋センサー一体型表示装置。 - 前記ホログラム素子は、
一部領域に干渉模様が存在し、他の一部領域に前記視覚情報が記録された記録面を有し、
前記ホログラム素子が前記入光素子と一体化された、請求項1に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置。 - 前記ホログラム素子は、
前記入光素子上に配置された虚像再生素子であり、
前記虚像再生素子は、
干渉模様が形成された記録面から反射される回折光に再生される虚像として前記視覚情報を再生する、請求項1に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置。 - 入力映像が表示されるディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネル上に配置された透明基板と、
光源からの光を前記透明基板に照射する入光素子とを備え、
前記入光素子は干渉模様のない特定形態の視覚情報を含む、指紋センサー一体型表示装置。 - 前記ディスプレイパネルの下に配置されたイメージセンサーと、
前記ディスプレイパネルの画面上で前記ディスプレイパネルと前記透明基板との間に配置されて前記透明基板内で進行する光の一部が前記透明基板の下面を通じて前記ディスプレイパネル側に進行できるように前記透明基板内で進行する光の一部を屈折する出光素子と、
前記出光素子と前記ディスプレイパネルとの間に配置され、前記出光素子より低い屈折率を有する低屈折率層をさらに備え、
前記光源は前記透明基板の縁の下に配置され、
前記入光素子は光源と前記透明基板との間に配置されて前記透明基板内で光が全反射できる角度に前記光源からの光を屈折する、請求項4に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置。 - 入力映像が表示されるディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネル上に配置された透明基板と、
光源からの光を前記透明基板に照射する入光素子と、
前記入光素子上に配置された虚像再生素子とを備え、
前記虚像再生素子は干渉模様を有するホログラム素子で再生される虚像として特定形態の視覚情報を再生する、指紋センサー一体型表示装置。 - 前記ディスプレイパネルの下に配置されたイメージセンサーと、
前記ディスプレイパネルの画面上で前記ディスプレイパネルと前記透明基板との間に配置されて前記透明基板内で進行する光の一部が前記透明基板の下面を通じて前記ディスプレイパネル側に進行できるように前記透明基板内で進行する光の一部を屈折する出光素子と、
前記出光素子と前記ディスプレイパネルとの間に配置され、前記出光素子より低い屈折率を有する低屈折率層をさらに備え、
前記光源は前記透明基板の縁の下に配置され、
前記入光素子は前記光源と前記透明基板との間に配置されて前記透明基板内で光が全反射できる角度に前記光源からの光を屈折する、請求項6に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置。 - ホログラムフィルムの一面に向けて各々視準された可視光帯域の参照光と物体光を照射して参照光と物体光の干渉模様を記録するステップと、
光源からの光を前記ホログラムフィルムに垂直な方向に照射して回折光を発生するステップとを含み、
前記回折光のうちの少なくとも一部が指紋と接触する透明基板に入射される、指紋センサー一体型表示装置用ホログラフィック光学素子の記録及び再生方法。 - 前記ホログラムフィルムの干渉模様を記録するための前記参照光と前記物体光は緑色光波長帯域の平面波であり、
前記光源からの光が視準された赤外線または可視光帯域の平面波である、請求項8に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置用ホログラフィック光学素子の記録及び再生方法。 - 前記ホログラムフィルムの干渉模様を記録する工程で前記ホログラムフィルムの一面上に特定形態の視覚的情報を含んだ日除け膜パターンが配置されるステップと、
前記干渉模様が前記ホログラムフィルム上に記録された後に前記日除け膜パターンが前記ホログラムフィルムから除去されるステップとをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置用ホログラフィック光学素子の記録及び再生方法。 - 前記指紋センサー一体型表示装置は、入力映像が表示されるディスプレイパネルと、前記ディスプレイパネル上に配置された透明基板とを備え、
前記ホログラムフィルムが前記光源からの光が入射される時、前記干渉模様によって発生する回折光を前記透明基板に照射する、請求項8から10のうち、いずれか一項に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置用ホログラフィック光学素子の記録及び再生方法。 - ホログラムフィルムの一面に向けて視準された可視光帯域の参照光を照射し、前記ホログラムフィルムの他面に向けて視準された可視光帯域の物体光を照射して参照光と物体光の干渉模様を記録するステップと、
可視光帯域の光が前記ホログラムフィルムに照射される時に発生する回折光に特定形態の視覚的情報を含んだ虚像が再生されるステップとを含む、指紋センサー一体型表示装置用ホログラフィック光学素子の記録及び再生方法。 - 前記ホログラムフィルムの干渉模様を記録するための前記参照光と前記物体光は緑色光波長帯域の平面波が拡散板を通じて拡散されて前記ホログラムフィルムに照射され、
前記拡散板に前記特性形態の視覚情報が記録された、請求項12に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置用ホログラフィック光学素子の記録及び再生方法。 - 前記指紋センサー一体型表示装置は、入力映像が表示されるディスプレイパネル、前記ディスプレイパネル上に配置された透明基板、及び光源からの光を前記透明基板に照射する入光素子を備え、
前記ホログラムフィルムが前記入光素子上に配置されて、外部光が照射される時、前記虚像を発生する、請求項12または13に記載の指紋センサー一体型表示装置用ホログラフィック光学素子の記録及び再生方法。
