Abstract
Description
[1]乾電池と鉄含有原料とを電気炉に装入し、前記乾電池と前記鉄含有原料とを溶解して溶鋼とし、前記溶鋼に還元剤を装入して還元製練し、前記乾電池に含まれるマンガンを鉄鋼合金成分として回収する、マンガンの回収方法。
[2]前記還元剤は、炭素系還元剤及び/またはアルミニウム系還元剤であり、
下記(1)式を満足するように、炭素系還元剤における炭素の装入量と、アルミニウム系還元剤におけるアルミニウムの装入量と、を定める、[1]に記載のマンガンの回収方法。
Y+Z≧0.11X+8.01・・・(1)
但し、(1)式においてXは、溶鋼1tあたりの乾電池の装入量(kg/t)であり、Yは、溶鋼1tあたりの炭素系還元剤における炭素の装入量(kg/t)であり、Zは、溶鋼1tあたりのアルミニウム系還元剤におけるアルミニウムの装入量(kg/t)である。
[3]前記還元剤として高炉で製造された溶銑を用いる、[1]または[2]に記載のマンガンの回収方法。
[4]前記溶鋼の酸素濃度を700ppm以下にする、[1]から[3]の何れか1つに記載のマンガンの回収方法。

Claims (4)
- 乾電池と鉄含有原料とを電気炉に装入し、
前記乾電池と前記鉄含有原料とを溶解して溶鋼とし、
前記溶鋼に還元剤を装入して還元製練し、前記乾電池に含まれるマンガンを鉄鋼合金成分として回収する、マンガンの回収方法。 - 前記還元剤は、炭素系還元剤及び/またはアルミニウム系還元剤であり、
下記(1)式を満足するように、炭素系還元剤における炭素の装入量と、アルミニウム系還元剤におけるアルミニウムの装入量と、を定める、請求項1に記載のマンガンの回収方法。

但し、(1)式においてXは、溶鋼1tあたりの乾電池の装入量(kg/t)であり、Yは、溶鋼1tあたりの炭素系還元剤における炭素の装入量(kg/t)であり、Zは、溶鋼1tあたりのアルミニウム系還元剤におけるアルミニウムの装入量(kg/t)である。 - 前記還元剤として高炉で製造された溶銑を用いる、請求項1または請求項2に記載のマンガンの回収方法。
- 前記溶鋼の酸素濃度を700ppm以下にする、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のマンガンの回収方法。
