Claims (5)
- 集電機能を発揮する燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材であって、
導電性の金属基材と、
該金属基材の表面を被覆する無機膜とを備え、
該無機膜は、導電性を有する無機材の薄膜であって、炭素系導電材を20%以上の重量比濃度で膜中に分散して含有する、
燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材であって、
前記無機膜は、50nm以上の厚みで前記基材の表面を覆っている、燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材であって、
前記無機膜は、前記無機材の結晶性の薄膜である、燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材であって、
前記無機膜は、前記炭素系導電材を50%以下の重量比濃度で含有する、燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材であって、
前記無機膜は、500nm以下の厚みで前記基材の表面を覆っている、燃料電池用の金属製集電機能部材。
