Claims (11)
- 検査装置によるワークの加工面品位の検査結果に基づいて、観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を判定する加工面品位評価装置において、
前記検査装置による検査結果に対応する観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を学習する機械学習装置を備え、
前記機械学習装置は、
前記検査装置によるワークの加工面品位の検査結果を状態変数として観測する状態観測部と、
前記観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を示すラベルデータを取得するラベルデータ取得部と、
前記状態変数と、前記ラベルデータとを関連付けて学習する学習部とを備える、
加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記学習部は、
前記状態変数から前記観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を判定する相関性モデルと予め用意された教師データから識別される相関性特徴との誤差を計算する誤差計算部と、
前記誤差を縮小するように前記相関性モデルを更新するモデル更新部とを備える、
請求項1に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記学習部は、前記状態変数と前記ラベルデータとを多層構造で演算する、
請求項1に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記学習部による学習結果に基づいて判定された前記観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を出力する判定出力部を更に備える、
請求項1に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記判定出力部は、前記学習部により判定された前記観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果があらかじめ設定された閾値を超えた場合に警告を出力する、
請求項4に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記検査装置によるワークの加工面品位の検査結果とは、前記ワークの表面粗さSa、表面の最大高さSv、表面性状のアスペクト比Str、尖り度Sku、偏り度Ssk、界面の展開面積比Sdr、光反射率、画像の特徴のうち、少なくとも1つを利用して得られた値であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記学習部による前記観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果の判定を行うために、前記検査装置に対してあらかじめ定められた所定の動作を行わせる、
請求項1に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記判定を行うためのあらかじめ定められた所定の動作は、自動、あるいは作業者の要求により行われる、
請求項7に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記加工面品位評価装置は、前記検査装置の一部として構成されている、
請求項1に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 前記加工面品位評価装置は、複数の前記検査装置をネットワークを介して管理する管理装置の一部として構成されている、
請求項1に記載の加工面品位評価装置。 - 検査装置によるワークの加工面品位の検査結果に基づいて、観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を判定する加工面品位評価装置において、
前記検査装置によるワークの加工面品位の検査結果と、前記観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を示すラベルデータと、の相関性を示すモデルと、
前記モデルに基づいて判定された前記観察者による前記ワークの加工面品位の評価結果を出力する判定出力部と、を備える
