Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態1について、図面を用いて以下に説明する。図1は、実施の形態1に係る表示装置の分解斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係る表示装置の端部の断面図である。
次に、実施の形態2に係る表示装置について説明する。図3は、実施の形態2に係る表示装置の端部の断面図である。なお、実施の形態2において、実施の形態1で説明したものと同一の構成要素については同一符号を付して説明は省略する。
実施の形態1,2では、第1フレーム12のパネル対向部12bの全周に渡って突起部50,51がそれぞれ設けられる構造を示したが、突起部50,51は第1フレーム12のパネル対向部12bに部分的に設けられてもよい。パネル対向部12bの4つの辺それぞれに少なくとも1つの突起部50,51が設けられていればよい。
Claims (4)
- 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの表示面とは反対側に配置されたバックライトユニットと、
前記表示パネルおよび前記バックライトユニットの間で両者を支持する、弾性材料からなる支持体と、
前記バックライトユニットの前部および側部を保持する枠形状のフレームと、
を備え、
前記フレームは、前記バックライトユニットを覗かせる開口部と、前記バックライトユニットの側面を覆い前記開口部を形成する側壁と、前記側壁から前記開口部側に延び前記バックライトユニットの端部を覆うパネル対向部と、前記パネル対向部から前記表示パネル側に突出する突起部とを備え、
前記支持体は、前記パネル対向部に配置され、
前記突起部は、前記支持体よりも厚みが薄く、
前記突起部の先端と前記表示パネルとの間に予め定められた隙間を有する、表示装置。 - 前記支持体は、前記開口部の周辺部に配置され、
前記突起部は、前記側壁に設けられた、請求項1記載の表示装置。 - 前記支持体は、前記側壁の周辺部に配置され、
前記突起部は、前記開口部の周辺部に設けられた、請求項1記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルは、TFT基板と、前記TFT基板に対向する対向基板とを備え、
前記表示装置は、前記対向基板の前面側に取り付けられた保護板をさらに備えた、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の表示装置。
