Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態に係る医用画像処理装置は、第1の設定部と、第2の設定部と、決定部と、解析部とを含む。第1の設定部は、画像データに含まれる心臓の断面において心筋に対応する環状領域に第1の関心領域を設定する。第2の設定部は、環状領域を含む領域に対して第1の関心領域よりも広い第2の関心領域を設定する。決定部は、第1の関心領域における信号値の度数分布に基づいて、画像データに対する血流動態解析に用いる信号値の範囲を定めるための閾値を決定する。解析部は、第2の関心領域について、閾値に基づく範囲に含まれる信号値を用いた血流動態解析を実行する。

Description
まず、第1の実施形態について説明する。第1の実施形態では、本願が開示する技術を医用画像処理装置に適用した場合の例を説明する。なお、以下、医用画像処理装置を含む医用画像処理システムを例に挙げて説明する。
さて、これまで第1の実施形態について説明したが、上述した第1の実施形態以外にも、種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよいものである。

Claims (10)
- 画像データに含まれる心臓の断面において心筋に対応する環状領域に第1の関心領域を設定する第1の設定部と、
前記環状領域を含む領域に対して前記第1の関心領域よりも広い第2の関心領域を設定する第2の設定部と、
前記第1の関心領域における信号値の度数分布に基づいて、前記画像データに対する血流動態解析に用いる信号値の範囲を定めるための閾値を決定する決定部と、
前記第2の関心領域について、前記閾値に基づく範囲に含まれる信号値を用いた血流動態解析を実行する解析部と、
を備える、医用画像処理装置。 - 前記第1の設定部は、前記心筋に流入した造影剤に基づく信号以外の信号を除外するように前記心臓の断面における前記心筋の境界を設定することで、前記第1の関心領域を設定する、請求項1に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第1の設定部は、前記心臓の断面における前記心筋を抽出し、抽出した前記心筋の内壁に対応する内側の輪郭に対して膨張処理を施し、前記心筋の外壁に対応する外側の輪郭に対して縮小処理を施すことで、前記第1の関心領域を設定する、請求項2に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 操作者による入力操作を受け付ける受付部をさらに備え、
前記第1の設定部は、前記受付部によって受け付けられた入力操作に応じて前記膨張処理及び前記縮小処理を施す、請求項3に記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記第1の設定部は、前記心臓の断面における前記心筋を抽出し、抽出した前記心筋の輪郭に囲まれた領域における信号値の度数分布が正規分布に近似するように前記輪郭に囲まれた領域を変形させ、変形後の領域を前記第1の関心領域として設定する、請求項2に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第1の設定部は、前記心筋によって囲まれた内腔に基づく信号を前記心筋の境界に囲まれた領域内から除外するように、前記心筋の内壁に対応する内側の境界を設定する、請求項2又は3に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第1の設定部は、前記心筋によって囲まれた内腔に隣接する内腔に基づく信号を前記心筋の境界に囲まれた領域内から除外するように、前記心筋の外壁に対応する外側の境界を設定する、請求項2、3又は6に記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記第1の設定部は、前記環状領域を複数の部分領域に区分し、前記複数の部分領域に対して前記第1の関心領域をそれぞれ設定し、
前記第2の設定部は、前記複数の部分領域について、前記第2の関心領域をそれぞれ設定する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 前記決定部は、前記第1の関心領域における信号値の度数分布において、平均値、標準偏差または分散を用いて閾値として決定し、
前記解析部は、前記第2の関心領域について、前記閾値よりも低い信号値を用いた血流動態解析を実行する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の医用画像処理装置。 - 心臓を含む画像データを収集する収集部と、
前記画像データに含まれる心臓の断面において心筋に対応する環状領域に第1の関心領域を設定する第1の設定部と、
前記環状領域を含む領域に対して前記第1の関心領域よりも広い第2の関心領域を設定する第2の設定部と、
前記第1の関心領域における信号値の度数分布に基づいて、前記画像データに対する血流動態解析に用いる信号値の範囲を定めるための閾値を決定する決定部と、
前記第2の関心領域について、前記閾値に基づく範囲に含まれる信号値を用いた血流動態解析を実行する解析部と、
を備える、X線CT装置。
