Claims (4)
- 搬送容器を一時的に格納する搬送容器格納機構と、
前記搬送容器内の物品が、出庫情報に基づいて、出荷容器に自動的に集約される物品自動送出機構と
を備えたことを特徴とする自動物流システム。 - 在庫保管機構と、
前記在庫保管機構内の物品を品目毎に搬送容器に選別して個片化する仕分け機構と、を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動物流システム。 - 前記物品自動送出機構が、物品自動移載装置、又は、物品自動移載装置及び物品識別供給装置、又は、物品自動移載装置及び物品投入装置、又は、物品自動移載装置及び物品識別供給装置及び物品投入装置から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の物流システム。
- 入荷した物品の入庫機構が前記在庫保管機構と接続され、
前記在庫保管機構と、前記仕分け機構と、前記搬送容器格納機構と、前記物品自動送出機構とが、それぞれ運搬機構で接続され、
前記出荷容器の出庫機構が、前記物品自動送出機構と接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の物流システム。
