Claims (9)
- バイオマスの発酵によりエタノール水溶液を製造する発酵装置と、
当該発酵装置で得られたエタノール水溶液を蒸留して当該エタノール水溶液におけるエタノール濃度を高める蒸留装置と、
当該蒸留装置においてエタノール濃度を高めたエタノール水溶液を使用して発電を行う発電装置と、
前記発酵装置において製造されたエタノール水溶液、及び、前記蒸留装置においてエタノール濃度を高めたエタノール水溶液のうちの少なくとも一方を改質することで、水素を含む改質ガスを製造する改質装置と、
当該改質装置において製造された改質ガスを前記発電装置に供給する改質ガス供給系統と、
前記発電装置での排熱を前記蒸留装置に供給することで当該排熱を使用して前記蒸留装置での蒸留を行うエンジン排熱第一供給系統と、
前記発電装置での排熱を前記改質装置に供給することで当該排熱を使用して前記改質装置での改質を行うエンジン排熱第二供給系統と、を備えることを特徴とする、発電システム。 - 前記蒸留装置は、蒸留を行う蒸留塔本体と、当該蒸留塔本体の塔底部に接続され、前記蒸留塔本体の塔底部から排出された液体を加熱する第一熱交換器と、当該第一熱交換器で加熱されることで生成した蒸気、及び、残存する液体のうちの少なくとも一方を前記蒸留塔本体に戻す戻し系統とを備えて構成され、
前記第一熱交換器での加熱は、前記エンジン排熱第一供給系統を通じて供給された前記発電装置での排熱を使用して行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発電システム。 - 前記蒸留装置は、前記発酵装置で得られたエタノール水溶液を加熱する第二熱交換器を備え、
前記第二熱交換器での加熱は、前記エンジン排熱第一供給系統を通じて供給された前記発電装置での排熱を使用して行われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の発電システム。 - 前記改質装置において製造された改質ガス中の水分を除去する改質ガス除湿装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の発電システム。
- 前記改質ガス除湿装置で除去された水分を使用して、前記改質装置に供給される、前記発酵装置において製造されたエタノール水溶液、及び、前記蒸留装置においてエタノール濃度を高めたエタノール水溶液のうちの少なくとも一方のエタノール濃度を調整するエタノール濃度調整装置を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の発電システム。
- 前記発電装置での排熱を前記発酵装置に供給することで当該排熱を使用して前記発酵装置での発酵を行うエンジン排熱第三供給系統を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の発電システム。
- 前記改質ガス除湿装置で除去された水分を供給することで前記発酵装置において供給された水を使用して発酵を行う除去水供給系統を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の発電システム。
- 前記改質装置で改質されるエタノール水溶液は、前記蒸留装置においてエタノール濃度を高めたエタノール水溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の発電システム。
- 前記蒸留装置は、蒸留を行う蒸留塔本体を備え、
当該蒸留塔本体の塔頂部から抜き出されたエタノール水溶液の蒸気が、前記改質装置において、前記エンジン排熱第二供給系統を通じて供給された排熱を使用して改質されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の発電システム。
