Claims (11)

前記切削要素(4)が、回転軸(15)方向に隣接配置された複数の切削エッジ(6)を含むスリット輪郭(5)を有し、
個々の該切削エッジ(6)が、回転方向(16)に延在する、内燃機関のシリンダ壁の加工装置(1)。 - 前記切削要素(4)が、ダイヤモンドで作られるか、またはダイヤモンドを含む、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記切削要素(4)が、実質的に立方体であり、
前記スリット輪郭(5)が、切削溝(14)により、前記立方体切削要素(4)の表面のうちの1つに導入される、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記切削要素(4)が、保持装置(20)上に配置され、
該保持装置(20)が、具体的には前記切削リング(3)に解放可能に接続可能である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記切削リング(3)が、
実質的に一定の外半径を持つ少なくとも1つの外周セクション(7)と、
前記回転方向(16)において連続的に変化する外半径を持つ少なくとも1つの外周セクション(8)と、
実質的に半径方向に伸びる外側エッジを持つ少なくとも1つの外周セクション(9)と、を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記切削要素(4)の一表面または前記保持装置(20)の一表面が、前記回転方向(16)において連続的に変化する外半径を持つ前記切削リング(3)の前記外周セクション上に位置し、
別の表面が、実質的に前記半径方向に伸びる外側エッジを持つ前記切削リング(3)の前記外周セクション上に位置する、請求項5に記載の装置(1)。 - 複数の切削要素(4)が、前記切削リング(3)上に配置され、
第1の切削要素(4)の少なくとも1つの切削エッジ(6)の前記回転軸(15)に関する長手軸線上の位置が、第2の切削要素(4)の少なくとも1つの切削エッジ(6)の前記回転軸(15)に関する前記長手軸線上の位置に対してオフセットされる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 複数の切削リング(3)が、マンドレル(2)により共通の回転軸(15)上に配置される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記切削リング(3)が、前記マンドレル(2)に取り付けられたときに、前記回転方向(16)において任意の角距離で互いに対して回転されかつ解放可能に固定される、請求項8に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記切削リング(3)が、前記回転方向(16)において連続的に変化する外半径を持つ少なくとも1つの外周セクション(8)内に、前記切削要素(4)を冷却するための冷却チャネル穴(10)を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記切削リング(3)が、切削過程中に生じた削屑を除去するために、実質的に一定の外半径を持つ少なくとも1つの外周セクション(7)内にフラッシング穴(11)を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
