Abstract
【解決手段】電気融着器1は、バッテリパック11と、本体12と、を備える。バッテリパック11は、バッテリ電源21を有する。本体12は、操作表示部27と、EEPROM33と、制御部34と、を有する。操作表示部27は、表示部を有する。EEPROM33は、電気融着継手2の電気融着記録を格納する。制御部34は、所望の個数の電気融着継手2の電気融着が可能であるか否かをバッテリ電源21のバッテリ残量及び電気融着記録に基づいて判断し、判断結果を操作表示部27の表示部に表示する。

Description
図1は、本発明による電気融着器の第1の実施の形態を示す回路図であり、図2は、図1の操作表示部の一例を示す図であり、図3は、図1のEEPROMに格納される電気融着記録の一例を示す図であり、図4は、図1の電気融着器の操作及び表示のフローチャートである。図1において、電気融着器1は、バッテリ電源式樹脂管電気融着器であり、電気融着継手2を樹脂管(図示せず)に電気融着する。

Claims (9)
- 第1のバッテリと、
電気融着継手の電気融着記録を格納する記憶部と、
前記第1のバッテリから供給される電力を制御する制御部と、
情報を表示する表示部と、
を備え、前記制御部は、所望の個数の電気融着継手の電気融着が可能であるか否かを前記第1のバッテリのバッテリ残量及び前記電気融着記録に基づいて判断し、判断結果を前記表示部に表示する電気融着器。 - 前記制御部は、前記電気融着記録に基づいて、前記第1のバッテリのバッテリ残量を、電気融着が可能である電気融着継手の個数に換算する請求項1に記載の電気融着器。
- 前記制御部に電力を供給する第2のバッテリと、
前記第1のバッテリに接続され、前記第2のバッテリを充電する第1の充電器と、
を更に備える請求項1又は2に記載の電気融着器。 - 前記第1のバッテリから前記制御部にスタンバイ電流が供給され、
前記制御部が所定の期間以上動作しないときに前記スタンバイ電流を遮断する遮断部を更に有する請求項1又は2に記載の電気融着器。 - 前記第1のバッテリを充電するために外部充電器に接続する充電端子を更に有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気融着器。
- 前記第1のバッテリからの電力を外部に出力する電力出力用端子を更に有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気融着器。
- 前記第1のバッテリを充電するために外部電源に接続する第2の充電器を更に有する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電気融着器。
- 前記第1のバッテリは、前記電気融着器から取外し自在である又は前記電気融着器に内蔵されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気融着器。
- 前記制御部は、前記電気融着器が1日に消費する電気融着エネルギーを前記電気融着記録に記録された過去の実績に基づいて算出し、算出した電気融着エネルギーと前記第1のバッテリのバッテリ残量との比較結果に応じて、前記第1のバッテリを充電又は交換するか否かのアドバイスについての情報を前記表示部に表示する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電気融着器。
