Abstract
【解決手段】ボイルオフガス回収システム1は、液化ガスを貯蔵したタンク2と、タンク2内の液化ガスの一部の蒸発により発生したボイルオフガスを圧縮する給油式の圧縮機3bと、給油式の圧縮機3bで圧縮された前記ボイルオフガスを液化し、その液化した前記液化ガスをタンク2に戻す再液化システム9と、を備える。再液化システム9は、前記ボイルオフガスに含まれる油分の凝縮温度以下の温度までボイルオフガスを冷却する油分凝縮用熱交換器11と、油分凝縮用熱交換器11で凝縮した前記油分を前記ボイルオフガスから分離するセパレータ14と、前記油分が分離された前記ボイルオフガスを液化する再液化部と、を有する。

請求項1に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記油分凝縮用熱交換器は、前記タンクから前記給油式の圧縮機へ送られる前記ボイルオフガスと、前記給油式の圧縮機で圧縮された前記ボイルオフガスと、の間で熱交換を行う
請求項1又は2に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記再液化システムは、冷凍機の冷凍システムを有し、
前記油分凝縮用熱交換器は、前記冷凍機の前記冷凍システムにおいて冷却媒体が循環する循環流路に設けられる蒸発器であり、
前記蒸発器は、前記冷却媒体と前記給油式の圧縮機で圧縮された前記ボイルオフガスとの間で熱交換を行わせることにより、前記冷却媒体を前記冷凍システムにおいて蒸発させるとともに、前記ボイルオフガスを前記凝縮温度以下の前記温度まで冷却する
請求項1又は2に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記再液化システムは、前記油分凝縮用熱交換器で冷却された後であり、かつ、前記セパレータで前記油分と分離される前の前記ボイルオフガスの温度を調節する温度調節手段を有する
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記温度調節手段は、前記油分凝縮用熱交換器で冷却される前の前記ボイルオフガスを、前記油分凝縮用熱交換器で冷却された後の前記ボイルオフガスに合流させることにより、前記油分凝縮用熱交換器で冷却された後の前記ボイルオフガスの温度を上昇させる
請求項5に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記温度調節手段は、前記油分凝縮用熱交換器で冷却される前の前記ボイルオフガスを、前記油分凝縮用熱交換器で冷却された後の前記ボイルオフガスに合流させるバイパス流路が形成されたバイパス管と、前記バイパス管に設けられ、前記バイパス流路の開度を調節するバルブと、前記バイパス流路の開度を制御する開度制御部と、を有する
請求項6に記載のボイルオフガス回収システム。 - 前記再液化システムは、前記油分凝縮用熱交換器で冷却される前の前記ボイルオフガスに含まれる油分を除去する油フィルターを有する
