Claims (4)
- 上側部材と下側部材との間に筒状のダイヤフラムが介装され、該ダイヤフラムの下端側が内側かつ上向きに押し込まれた空気ばねであって、
前記ダイヤフラムは、筒状のゴム膜に補強コード層を埋設すると共に、該補強コード層を下側ビード部に埋設されたリング状のビードコアに係止してなり、
前記下側部材に、ダイヤフラムの下側ビード部を受ける環状のビードシートが設けられると共に、該ビードシートの径方向外側に、前記ダイヤフラムの母線における中央側を径方向外側かつ斜め下方に案内するガイド面が設けられ、
前記ガイド面は、内縁部と外縁部との間に緩和部を設けてなり、下側部材の縦断面において、前記内縁部及び外縁部が、ダイヤフラムの内方に凸の円弧状とされ、前記緩和部が、その曲率を内縁部及び外縁部よりも小さく設定されたことを特徴とする空気ばね。 - 前記ガイド面は、硬質の素材によって形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記緩和部は、前記縦断面における形状を直線状に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気ばね。
- 前記緩和部は、前記縦断面における長さを内縁部及び外縁部の合計長さよりも長く設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気ばね。
