Claims (11)
- 樹脂ライナからなる内層と、繊維強化樹脂からなる外層とを有する高圧タンクであって、
前記外層が近赤外線吸収材を含有していることを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項1記載の高圧タンクにおいて、前記近赤外線吸収材が前記外層中に均一に分散し、且つ強化繊維同士の間に介在することを特徴とする高圧タンク。
- 請求項1又は2記載の高圧タンクにおいて、前記内層が高密度ポリエチレン樹脂、ナイロン樹脂又はEVOH樹脂のうち少なくともいずれかからなることを特徴とする高圧タンク。
- 樹脂ライナからなる内層に対して繊維強化樹脂からなる外層を設けることで高圧タンクを得る高圧タンクの製造方法であって、
近赤外線吸収材が添加された樹脂液に強化繊維を浸漬する浸漬工程と、
前記樹脂液を含浸した強化繊維を樹脂ライナに巻回する巻回工程と、
前記樹脂液を、該樹脂液に対しての近赤外線の照射によって加熱することで硬化する硬化工程と、
を有し、
前記巻回工程と前記硬化工程を同時に行うことを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。 - 請求項4記載の製造方法において、近赤外線を放射する近赤外線放射手段を、前記樹脂ライナの内部に挿入して前記加熱を行うことを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 請求項4又は5記載の製造方法において、前記樹脂ライナの外部に形成される前記繊維強化樹脂の温度を非接触式温度計で測定するとともに、その測定結果に基づくフィードバック制御によって前記近赤外線放射手段の近赤外線放射量を制御することを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記強化繊維に含浸された前記樹脂液を仮硬化させてトゥプリプレグを得、前記巻回工程で、前記トゥプリプレグを前記樹脂ライナに巻回することを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。
- 樹脂ライナからなる内層と、繊維強化樹脂からなる外層とを有する高圧タンクを得るための高圧タンク製造装置であって、
樹脂液を含浸した強化繊維を送り出す送り出し手段と、
前記樹脂ライナを保持する保持手段と、
前記樹脂ライナを回転させる回転駆動手段と、
前記樹脂ライナに巻回された前記強化繊維に含浸された前記樹脂液を加熱するための近赤外線を放射する近赤外線放射手段と、
を有することを特徴とする高圧タンク製造装置。 - 請求項8記載の製造装置において、前記近赤外線放射手段が前記樹脂ライナの内部に挿入されるものであることを特徴とする高圧タンク製造装置。
- 請求項8又は9記載の製造装置において、前記樹脂ライナの外部に形成される前記繊維強化樹脂の温度を測定するための非接触式温度計を有することを特徴とする高圧タンク製造装置。
- 請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の製造装置において、前記送り出し手段は、前記強化繊維を、該強化繊維に含浸された前記樹脂液が仮硬化されたトゥプリプレグとして送り出すことを特徴とする高圧タンク製造装置。
