Abstract
【解決手段】
内燃機関の燃焼室20に臨む壁面の少なくとも一部に断熱膜36が形成されている。その断熱膜36は、熱伝導率が0.6W/mK以下であり、体積比熱が1500kJ/m3K以下であり、膜厚が40μm〜150μmの範囲内の厚さである。また、断熱膜36の表面には、燃焼ガスから輻射される光を反射するための反射層38が設けられている。

Claims (6)
- 燃焼室に臨む壁面の少なくとも一部に断熱膜が形成されてなる内燃機関であって、
前記断熱膜は、熱伝導率が0.6W/mK以下であり、体積比熱が1500kJ/m3K以下であり、膜厚が40μm〜150μmの範囲内の厚さであり、
前記断熱膜の表面には、燃焼ガスから輻射される光を反射するための反射層が設けられている、
内燃機関。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関において、
前記断熱膜は、熱伝導率が0.1〜0.3W/mKの範囲にあり、体積比熱が100〜900kJ/m3Kの範囲にある、
内燃機関。 - 請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関において、
前記断熱膜は、前記断熱膜が形成されている壁面上に堆積したデポジットを、吸気行程時には焼き切らず、燃焼行程時に焼き切る、
内燃機関。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関において、
前記反射層は、Cu、Al、Pt、Auの少なくとも一種を含んで形成されている、
内燃機関。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関において、
前記断熱膜は、シリカ、又は、アルミナを主成分とする物質からなる、
内燃機関。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関において、
前記断熱膜の気孔率が70%よりも高い、
内燃機関。
