Description

The present invention relates to a natural wood decorative board or decorative tape having a self-adhesive layer, and a method for producing the natural wood decorative board or decorative tape.

Attaching a resin decorative board to provide water resistance, moisture resistance, flame resistance, flame resistance, design, etc. to target surfaces such as inner walls, outer walls, floors, ceilings, doors, cupboards, partitions, etc. Widely done. And the outermost surface of this decorative board is mainly formed with the resin sheet which consists of synthetic resins, such as a vinyl chloride resin and a melamine resin. That is, the decorative board used mainly has at least a resin sheet, an adhesive layer for bonding the sheet to the base material, and a base material from above. And a protective layer that protects the surface against impact, etc. between the surface, a pattern layer / colored layer that imparts design properties, a flame retardant layer that imparts flame resistance / fire resistance, a moisture resistant layer that resists humidity, etc. Also known is a resin decorative board provided with:

As a method of applying the resin decorative plate to the target surface at a construction site, etc., a method in which an operator sticks to the target surface using an adhesive at the construction site, or an adhesive layer is provided in the lowermost layer in advance and a mold release is performed. A method is known in which the adhesive layer is protected with a sheet, and an operator peels the release sheet and attaches it to a target surface at a construction site.

On the other hand, instead of the above-mentioned resin decorative board in which the outermost surface is formed of a resin sheet, there is also known a natural wooden decorative board in which the outermost surface is formed of a “projection board formed by slicing natural wood” .
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a flameproof, decorative wood decorative sheet having a veneer, “paper or non-woven fabric”, metal foil, another “paper or non-woven fabric” in this order, and an adhesive layer between them. Has been.
Patent Document 2 discloses a fireproof decorative wood decorative sheet having, in order, a single wood veneer, an adhesive layer, a fibrous sheet, a thermoplastic resin layer, and another fibrous sheet.

Further, Patent Document 3 includes, from above, a single wood veneer, an adhesive layer, “paper or nonwoven fabric”, a flame retardant layer, a glass fiber cloth, an adhesive resin layer mixed with a flame retardant, and “paper or nonwoven fabric”. A fire-resistant wood decorative sheet is disclosed which is laminated and integrally formed by pressure bonding.

Further, Patent Document 4 discloses a flameproof name wood decorative sheet obtained by laminating a transparent resin layer, a natural wood veneer, a heat conductive sheet, and a back surface thermoplastic resin layer from above.
Patent Document 5 discloses a veneered decorative board in which a veneer, a layer containing a chelating agent, a moisture-proof sheet, and a wooden base material are laminated and integrated from above.

However, the natural wood veneer is rarely used because it is more expensive than the resin veneer. And, mainly for the reason described above, that is, in order to give a high-class feeling because the veneer is expensive in the first place; if it is intended to mass-produce the adhesive layer previously provided on the lowermost layer and protected by a release sheet, it is rather as a decorative board To increase costs; Adhesives with suitable self-adhesive properties and methods for applying them have not been developed yet. The method is limited to a method in which a person applies an adhesive one by one and attaches it to the target surface.

In recent years, the quality of decorative boards has been remarkably advanced, but the directionality is that of “resin sheets such as vinyl chloride resin”, which is the outermost layer, using “projections made by slicing natural wood” It was not the use of what I did.
In addition, since the skill level of the operator is reduced, and the method in which the operator sticks the decorative board to the target surface using an adhesive at the construction site, there are variations in the finished product, and solutions for these have been desired.

特開平06−115008号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 06-115008 特開平09−295376号公報JP 09-295376 A 特開平11−042737号公報JP 11-042737 A 特開2004−216722号公報JP 2004-216722 A 特開2013−022953号公報JP2013-022953A

This invention is made | formed in view of the said background art, The subject is making use of a natural raw material, and providing a decorative board or a cosmetic tape which an operator can construct easily without variation, and its manufacturing method. is there.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have provided a self-adhesive layer having a specific composition in advance, so that if the construction cost is included, the cost does not increase, and the finished product varies. Has been found to be significantly improved, and the present invention has been completed.

That is, the present invention includes a veneer formed by slicing natural wood, an adhesive layer for adhering the veneer to a base material, a base material, a self-adhesive layer containing a (meth) acrylate copolymer, and a release paper. The present invention provides a natural wood decorative board or decorative tape with a self-adhesive layer, characterized in that these are laminated in this order.

Further, the present invention is a method for producing a natural wood decorative board or decorative tape with a self-adhesive layer,
A (meth) acrylic acid is provided on the base side of the reinforcing veneer while maintaining the flat surface of the veneer formed by slicing natural wood, the adhesive layer for adhering the veneer to the base, and the reinforcing veneer having the base. A self-adhesive layer forming liquid containing an ester copolymer, a tackifying resin and an organic solvent is applied using a roll coater or a curtain coater, and the organic solvent is distilled off under heating to form a self-adhesive layer. Then, a method for producing a natural wood decorative board with a self-adhesive layer or a decorative tape, characterized in that a release paper is applied thereafter.

If the natural wood decorative board or decorative tape with a self-adhesive layer of the present invention is used, the above problems and problems are solved, the surface has a protruding board formed by slicing natural wood, and the natural material has good performance and excellent performance. A high-quality decorative board that makes the most of its appearance can be easily installed by anyone, not an expert, without burdening the operator at the construction site. In addition, the finished product provided with the natural wood decorative board with a self-adhesive layer or the decorative tape of the present invention on the target surface does not easily peel off even after a long period of time (even over time). Does not occur.

Compared to “resin sheet such as vinyl chloride resin”, the natural wood decorative board or decorative tape with a self-adhesive layer of the present invention has the same adhesiveness and ease of work, but is excellent in using natural grain. It has a distinctive appearance and has a high-class feel that makes use of natural materials.
In addition, the decorative board or decorative tape using the veneer of the present invention does not have a characteristic odor of synthetic resin and does not use phenol resin containing formaldehyde, vinyl chloride resin, or aromatic ring-containing solvent such as toluene. So it is highly safe. Since no vinyl chloride resin is used, no harmful substances are generated even when incinerated.
In addition, since it is not necessary to use an adhesive at the construction site, there is no problem on the operator and the surrounding environment due to the organic solvent contained in the adhesive.

Conventionally, in “resin sheets such as vinyl chloride resin”, a decorative board provided with an adhesive layer in advance is known. However, when a veneer made by slicing natural wood or a veneer with veneer is applied to the target surface, the veneer is expensive, so that the adhesion (construction) method is also manually operated to maintain a high-class feeling; Compared to the decorative board using the resin sheet such as resin, the demand for the decorative board using the veneer is significantly less. Cost increases as a board; suitable self-adhesive adhesive, its film thickness and its application method are undeveloped; decorative boards using veneer are not widely spread by handling by a few companies Rather, it is more profitable; “Veneer plate” and “Reinforced veneer made by sticking veneer to substrate” are less rigid than resin sheet; Glue manually It had adhered to the target surface with a cloth.

In general, a decorative board using a veneer cannot be supplied by a roll, and is supplied as a single sheet in consideration of workability and the like, and its shape and size are 3 (91 cm) to 10 (303 cm). In many cases, it is a rectangle having a length between the sides as one side.
In addition, when applying the adhesive at the construction site and attaching the decorative board to the target surface, in order to obtain sufficient adhesion, the adhesive is applied to both the back and the target surface of each decorative board. As a result, the burden on the worker was forced, and the working time was extremely long.

Moreover, even if the adhesive is a solvent-based or organic-based adhesive called “quick-drying bond” or the like, which is usually used for the application, the so-called “aqueous bond” or the like “the medium is water. Even if the solute is an aqueous system in which emulsion polymerized fine particles are used, the adhesive is applied to each decorative plate and the adhesive is also applied to the target surface, and after a certain time (for example, about 15 Since the decorative plate is applied to the target surface after being allowed to stand (minute to about 20 minutes) (it has to be applied), the standing time is long or short. For this reason, since the degree of adhesiveness of the applied adhesive layer varies, troubles such as edging and dropping have occurred in some of the decorative panels having a rectangular shape after several years from construction.

For example, in order to secure the standing time and improve workability, the adhesives described above are applied together on a plurality of decorative plates and a large area target surface, and then a single sheet decorative plate is applied to the target surface. When the sheets are attached one by one, the adhesiveness of some decorative plates decreases due to the length of the standing time. For this reason, there has been a problem in that the edges of some decorative plates are wrinkled or part of the decorative plates are peeled off over time after completion.
In addition, an organic solvent in the quick-drying bond and water etc. remain after completion in the case of an aqueous bond, and the organic solvent and water permeate into the veneer and ooze out to the surface of the veneer over time, thereby impairing the appearance. There was also.

According to the present invention, the self-adhesive layer is applied to the decorative board in advance, and the self-adhesive layer (adhesive layer) can be left for a long time because it is applied to the target surface while peeling the release paper.
However, by providing a specific self-adhesive layer containing a specific polymer, the adhesiveness (adhesiveness) of the surface of the self-adhesive layer does not decrease no matter how long the standing time is increased. For this reason, it is impossible to say that some of the decorative boards cause rimming or falling off.
Also, since the self-adhesive layer contains neither organic solvent nor water (because the solvent in the self-adhesive layer forming liquid can be distilled off by managing in the manufacturing plant), the organic solvent and water will remain on the surface of the veneer over time. There is no loss of appearance by moving to.

If it is the self-adhesive layer containing the specific polymer in this invention, if it sets the thickness of this self-adhesive layer to the suitable range, it cannot be said that it is inferior to adhesiveness (adhesiveness) unexpectedly. Rather, since there is no unevenness in the adhesiveness of each sheet of decorative sheets, it does not occur that problems such as peeling occur on some decorative boards over time.
In the construction of a decorative board, even if it is a part (one sheet) of it over time, if there is peeling or curling, it becomes a responsibility problem as a whole construction (problems arise). When the natural wood decorative board with a self-adhesive layer of the present invention is applied to the target surface, there is no variation in the adhesiveness of the decorative board of each sheet to the target surface. , Extremely stable over time.

The following specific numbers are schematic and are examples, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. Specifically, for example, the cost of the decorative board is “paste plate to base material. Compared to the case where the decorative plate is supplied by simply attaching it and the operator applies the adhesive on the spot and sticks the adhesive plate on the site, the “use of a veneer and a pre-adhesive layer provided beforehand is used. Even if the “case” is about 1.5 to 2 times more expensive as a decorative board, for example, the area of the target surface that can be worked on per day is about 2.5 to 3.5 times. The construction cost (personnel cost) of the worker is about 0.7 to 0.8 times per 1 m 2 , and the total cost is unexpectedly lowered.

According to the present invention, construction can be performed even by a non-skilled worker, and there is no need to worry about the time of application (leaving after applying the adhesive), and the construction cost is equal to or less than that of the conventional method. .
Moreover, even if many years pass after construction, the trouble that 1 to several sheets which failed in sticking peel from a target surface does not occur, and the whole target surface is excellent in temporal stability.

It is a schematic sectional drawing which shows the structure of a layer essential to the natural wood decorative board or self-adhesive tape with a self-adhesion layer of this invention.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to the following specific embodiments, and can be arbitrarily modified within the scope of the technical idea.

The present invention includes a veneer 3 obtained by slicing natural wood, an adhesive layer 4 for adhering the veneer 3 to a base material 5, a base material 5, a self-adhesive layer 6 containing a (meth) acrylate copolymer, and A natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesive layer, characterized in that it has release paper 7 and these are laminated in this order.
Hereinafter, the “natural wood decorative board or decorative tape with a self-adhesive layer of the present invention” may be simply abbreviated as “the decorative board of the present invention”.

“Veneer board” refers to a board made by thinly slicing natural wood. What has a beautiful grain etc. is preferable as the decorative board 1 of this invention.
A known method can be used for manufacturing the protruding plate 3, and if necessary, it is heated in the presence of water or steam and then cut with a slicer or the like.

The wood of the veneer 3 is not particularly limited. , Tochi, beech, blackboard, shioji, elm, hippopotamus, sapele, wenge, zebrawood, rosewood, octane and the like.

The thickness of the projecting plate 3 is preferably 0.08 mm to 2 mm, more preferably 0.1 mm to 1 mm, and particularly preferably 0.12 mm to 0.5 mm. If it is too thick, the adhesive layer 4 between the protruding plate 3 and the base material 5 or the self-adhesive layer 6 between the base material 5 and the target surface is likely to peel off, or the expensive protruding plate 3 is wasted. If the thickness is too thin, the protruding plate 3 may be cracked, it may be difficult to slice, or the high-quality feeling may be lost.

The adhesive layer 4 for adhering the veneer 3 to the substrate 5 is not particularly limited, but polyurethane adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, polyvinyl acetate adhesive, vinyl acetate- (meth) acrylate copolymer system Those obtained with an adhesive or the like are preferred. Examples of the dosage form of the adhesive include latex adhesives, aqueous vinyl urethane adhesives, thermosetting adhesives, and two-component adhesives.

The method of bonding the protruding plate 3 to the base material 5 is performed by applying pressure with an adhesive interposed between the protruding plate 3 and the base material 5. If necessary, heat-pressure bonding is performed. Adhesion between the veneer 3 and the base material 5 is performed at a manufacturing place (a factory or the like) of the natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesive layer.
In the decorative board 1 of the present invention, the protruding plate 3, the adhesive layer 4, the base material 5, the self-adhesive layer 6 and the release paper 7 are essential, but the presence of other “other layers” is not excluded. In the case where the “other layer” exists, it is also preferable that all the plate-like objects including the protruding plate 3 and the substrate 5 are bonded simultaneously (hot pressure) with an adhesive interposed therebetween.

Examples of the substrate 5 include paper, nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, metal foil, wood board, resin-impregnated paper, resin film, and laminate film. They may contain functional additives such as fillers, dyes and pigments, flame retardants, flame retardants, preservatives, and chelating agents to enhance functionality.
In particular, the base material 5 is preferably paper or non-woven fabric from the viewpoints of strength, flexibility, ease of processing, price, easy impregnation with the above-described functionality-imparting agent, followability, air permeability, and the like. In view of the above, paper is particularly preferable.

Although the thickness of the base material 5 is not particularly limited, it is preferably 1/20 or more and 1/2 or less, more preferably 1/10 or more and 1/3 or less, and 1/7 or more of the thickness of the protruding plate to be bonded thereto. 1 / 3.5 or less is particularly preferable.
Specifically, it is preferably 15 μm or more and 500 μm or less, more preferably 20 μm or more and 200 μm or less, and particularly preferably 25 μm or more and 100 μm or less. Further, the substrate 5 is in the case of paper or nonwoven fabric, as its weight per unit area is preferably a 10 to 100 g / m 2, particularly preferably from 20 to 50 g / m 2.

If the thickness or basis weight of the base material 5 is too small, the strength as the decorative board 1 is insufficient, it is difficult to apply (laminate) the self-adhesive layer 6, and the influence of the generated material from the self-adhesive layer 6 reaches the veneer 3. It may be difficult to manufacture or handle.
On the other hand, if the thickness or basis weight of the base material 5 is too large, peeling easily occurs in the adhesive layer 4 between the protruding plate 3 and the base material 5 or the self-adhesive layer 6 between the base material 5 and the target surface. There are cases.

The self-adhesive layer 6 refers to a layer having adhesiveness on the surface, and the adhesiveness does not substantially decrease over time.
When applying a decorative board having a veneer to a target surface, currently, a solvent-based / organic adhesive called a so-called “quick-drying bond” or a so-called “aqueous bond” or the like “a medium is water and a solute Water-based "adhesives are emulsion-polymerized fine particles. However, when these adhesives are applied to a decorative board or a target surface and then left without being adhered, the adhesive force decreases with the passage of time, and the adhesiveness is lost after a long time.
Usually, the worker first applies an adhesive to both the “decorative board having a veneer” and the corresponding “large area target surface” in order to improve workability and shorten the work time. Thereafter, the plurality of decorative plates are pasted together while ensuring a standing time. However, if this is done, the length of the standing time will be different for each decorative board, and the degree of adhesiveness of the adhesive will differ for each decorative board (and for each location on the target surface). In many cases, the adhesive plate is first applied and the decorative plate has a long standing time, and troubles such as edging and dropping have occurred.

In the decorative board 1 of the present invention, the self-adhesive layer 6 is used, and further, as the self-adhesive layer 6, a self-adhesive layer 6 containing a (meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer is used. 7 can be applied to the target surface while peeling off, and the standing time of the self-adhesive layer (adhesive layer) cannot be long or short. In addition, no matter how long the standing time is, the adhesiveness (adhesiveness) of the surface of the self-adhesive layer 6 does not decrease, so that some of the decorative boards 1 will not be edged or dropped off.

By containing the “other components”, the strength of adhesive force when the decorative board 1 is attached to the target surface, and the stability over time (such as lack of edge curling and peeling) are increased.

The thickness of the self-adhesive layer 6 is not particularly limited, but is usually 5 μm to 45 μm, preferably 7 μm to 30 μm, more preferably 8 μm to 25 μm, and more preferably 10 μm to 20 μm. It is particularly preferred.

If the thickness of the self-adhesive layer 6 is too thin, it becomes difficult to produce the decorative board 1, the case where it becomes easy to peel between the base material 5 and the target surface, the case where it becomes easy to peel over time, the initial adhesion is There are bad cases. On the other hand, if it is too thick, it becomes easy to separate (dissociate) in the self-adhesive layer 6, and therefore, when the decorative board 1 is easily peeled between the base material 5 and the target surface, the self-adhesive layer 6 is deteriorated. Etc.

A known paper can be used as the release paper 7 in the present invention, and the base is not limited to paper, and may be a polymer film. The base may be reinforced with a thread or the like. The color, thickness, flexibility and the like are not particularly limited, and those in a normal range can be used. The release paper 7 may have a cut in the middle or the like in order to facilitate peeling.

The natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesive layer of the present invention may have layers other than the above-described protruding board 3, adhesive layer 4, base material 5, self-adhesive layer 6, and release paper 7. Examples of the “other layer” include a surface protective layer, another adhesive layer, a primer layer, a non-combustible (incombustible) layer, a moisture-proof layer (waterproof layer), a buffer layer, an antiseptic layer, and a discoloration-preventing layer.

The surface protective layer is present on the outermost surface of the decorative board, but is preferably a transparent layer so that the grain of natural wood can be seen. As a moisture-proof layer, a well-known thing is mentioned, Specifically, metal foil, a polymer film, etc. are mentioned. The buffer layer is used to give elasticity to the decorative board, but it is preferable not to use the goodness of natural wood.
The antiseptic layer is used to prevent natural wood from decaying, and any known preservative can be used. The discoloration preventing layer is used for preventing discoloration of natural wood.

However, it is preferable that the “other layer” is not present in order to maximize the goodness of the protruding plate 3 formed by slicing natural wood. In the conventional “method of bonding a reinforcing veneer to an object surface using an adhesive on site”, when a water-based bond is used as an adhesive, a moisture-proof layer (waterproof layer) is essential for the decorative board. According to the present invention, since a water-based bond cannot be used, a moisture-proof layer (waterproof layer) is unnecessary, and therefore it is preferable that it is not provided.

The shape and size of the decorative board 1 of the present invention are not particularly limited, but in the case of a natural wood decorative board with a self-adhesive layer, it is preferably a sheet, not a roll, and is 3 to (91 cm)- A rectangular shape having a length of 10 (303 cm) as one side is preferable for improving workability in the field where the protruding plate 3 does not crack.
In the case of a natural wood decorative tape with a self-adhesive layer, the width is preferably 10 mm to 50 mm, particularly preferably 15 mm to 40 mm.

The decorative board 1 of the present invention has an overall thickness not including the release paper 7 of preferably 150 μm to 1000 μm, more preferably 200 μm to 750 μm, and particularly preferably 300 μm to 700 μm.

If the thickness of the decorative board 1 of the present invention is too thin, the same thing as the case where the thickness of the above-described protruding plate 3 and each layer is too thin may occur, and if it is too thick, the above-described protruding plate 3 and each layer. The same thing as when the thickness of the film is too thick may be likely to occur.

Another aspect of the present invention is a method for producing the natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesive layer as described above,
The base plate 5 of the reinforcing veneer plate 2 is maintained in a flat state while the veneer plate 3 formed by slicing natural wood, the adhesive layer 4 for bonding the veneer plate 3 to the base material 5, and the reinforcing veneer plate 2 having the base material 5 On the side, a self-adhesive layer forming liquid containing a (meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer, a tackifying resin and an organic solvent is applied using a roll coater or a curtain coater, and the organic solvent is distilled off under heating. It is made to form the self-adhesion layer 6, and the release paper 7 is provided after that, It is a manufacturing method of the natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesion layer characterized by the above-mentioned.

The one having at least the protruding plate 3, the adhesive layer 4, and the base material 5 is referred to as “reinforcing protruding plate 2”. In the present invention, at least the “reinforcing veneer 2”, the self-adhesive layer 6 and the release paper 7 are laminated in this order to produce the natural wood decorative board 1 with the self-adhesive layer described above.
As the protruding plate 3, the adhesive layer 4, the substrate 5, the self-adhesive layer 6, the components of the self-adhesive layer 6, and the release paper 7, those described above can be used.

The self-adhesive layer 6 described above is a self-adhesive layer forming liquid prepared by dissolving the “component of the self-adhesive layer” having the above-described (meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer and the above-described tackifying resin in an organic solvent. The self-adhesive layer forming liquid is obtained by applying the self-adhesive layer forming liquid on the substrate 5 side of the “reinforcing veneer 2”.

The organic solvent is not particularly limited as long as it can dissolve the “component of the self-adhesive layer”, but an organic solvent having no aromatic ring such as a benzene ring is preferred for safety and environmental friendliness. In addition, in order to form a self-adhesive layer 6 by applying a coater and distilling off the organic solvent, and then providing the release paper 7, the boiling point of the organic solvent is taken into consideration. Is preferably 50 ° C. or higher and 120 ° C. or lower, more preferably 60 ° C. or higher and 105 ° C. or lower, and particularly preferably 70 ° C. or higher and 90 ° C. or lower.

Specifically, the organic solvent is preferably an acetic acid ester such as methyl acetate, ethyl acetate or vinyl acetate; a ketone such as acetone or methyl ethyl ketone; ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, (di) ethylene glycol dimethyl ether or ethylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. , Propylene glycol monomethyl ether, (di) propylene glycol dimethyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, glycol solvents such as those obtained by replacing the methyl group with an ethyl group, and the like.

The content of the component (components other than the solvent) of the self-adhesive layer 6 in the self-adhesive layer forming liquid is preferably 20% by mass or more and 70% by mass or less, and preferably 30% by mass or more and 60% by mass with respect to the entire self-adhesive layer forming liquid. More preferably, it is 40 mass% or less, and 50 mass% or less is especially preferable.
If the self-adhesive layer 6 has too few components and too much solvent, the solvent may not completely evaporate until the release paper 7 is applied from the coater, and there may be problems with the residual solvent. In some cases, excessive heating is required to prevent cooling due to evaporation heat.
When there are too many components of the self-adhesive layer 6 and the solvent is too small, the viscosity of the self-adhesive layer forming liquid may become too high or it may not be satisfactorily applied.

As the self-adhesive layer forming liquid, an emulsion-type coating liquid (forming liquid), a two-liquid mixed type coating liquid (forming liquid), a curable coating liquid (forming liquid), etc. A coating liquid (formation liquid) is preferable for suitably forming a self-adhesive layer.
The “self-adhesive layer forming liquid used in the production of the decorative board of the present invention” obtained by dissolving the above-described components in an organic solvent contains an organic solvent having a relatively low boiling point as described above. It is impossible to use the adhesive layer forming liquid as an adhesive for attaching a conventional reinforcing veneer on site. On the contrary, the adhesive for pasting the conventional reinforcing veneer on the spot cannot be used as the self-adhesive layer forming liquid in the present invention because the adhesiveness changes with the passage of time after application and there is no “self-adhesive”. .
Therefore, the adhesive application | work operation | work conventionally performed on the spot cannot be applied to the manufacturing method of the decorative board of this invention.

The reinforcing protrusion 2 applies a self-adhesive layer forming liquid to the substrate 5 side while maintaining a flat state rather than a roll shape. The shape and size of the reinforcing protrusion 2 is a rectangle with a length between 3 (91 cm) and 10 (303 cm) as one side, so that workability in the field, application of the self-adhesive layer forming liquid It is preferable because of its sex.

Application of the self-adhesive layer forming liquid is preferably performed using a roll coater or a curtain coater in order to apply the film with high film thickness accuracy on a flat surface. It is particularly preferred because it can be done.

The “reinforcing veneer 2 on which the self-adhesive layer forming liquid is placed” coming out of the coater forms the self-adhesive layer 6 by distilling off the organic solvent under heating. The heating is preferably performed in an oven having an exhaust function, and warm air is also preferably flowed.
By setting the temperature within the above range, the solvent is distilled off before the release paper 7 is applied from the coater, so that the solvent does not remain on the decorative board 1, and adhesion failure due to the residual solvent or natural wood There is no obstacle to In addition, coating unevenness due to excessive heating does not occur.

The release paper 7 is applied after the self-adhesive layer 6 is formed. The release paper 7 is applied by a known method.
After the release paper 7 is applied, if necessary, the four sides are cut to remove burrs and the like to obtain a rectangle having a predetermined size.

In the construction method of the natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesive layer, the release paper 7 is peeled off from the decorative board 1 of the present invention at the construction site, and the release paper 7 is peeled off and attached to the target surface sequentially. As in the prior art, it is not necessary to apply the adhesive to the decorative board or the target surface at the construction site, and it is not necessary to pay attention to the time from application of the adhesive to application.
You may cut | disconnect a large decorative board on the spot so that it may match with the magnitude | size of a target surface. It is also preferable to apply a primer to the target surface in advance.

The object / building to be pasted is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include interiors of public halls, museums, music / lecture halls, elevators, residences, and the like.
The natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesive layer of the present invention can be affixed to target surfaces such as inner walls, outer walls, ceilings, doors, cupboards, partitions, etc., but the inner walls, outer walls, doors, cupboards, partitions, etc. It is preferable to stick to a substantially vertical surface because the grain of natural wood can be seen well, the impact is less than the floor, and the like.

Above all, it is possible to apply to the target surface having a large area such as the inner wall, outer wall, ceiling, etc. "There is no need to apply the adhesive on the decorative plate or the target surface at the construction site", "Adhesion at the construction site It is not necessary to pay attention to the time from application of the agent to pasting, ”because it is easier to achieve the effect of the present invention. Specifically, a rectangle having a length between 3 (91 cm) and 10 (303 cm) as one side is preferably vertically or horizontally, preferably 2 or more, more preferably 3 or more, particularly preferably. It is preferable to apply to a large area where only three or more sheets are arranged because the effects of the invention are particularly easily achieved.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples and comparative examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these examples unless it exceeds the gist.

Example 1
A backing paper 3 having a thickness of 30 μm and colored brown was used as a base material 5, and a veneer 3 sliced to a thickness of 350 μm using zelkova as a natural wood was adhered to the surface thereof to obtain a reinforcing veneer 2. The size was a rectangle of 3 scales (91 cm) × 6 scales (182 cm).

Meanwhile, methyl methacrylate-butyl acrylate copolymer (weight average molecular weight 300,000) 40 parts by mass, tackifier resin (weight average molecular weight 3000) 5 parts by mass, vinyl acetate 5 parts by mass, and ethyl acetate 55 parts by mass as an organic solvent. The mixture was stirred and dissolved to obtain a transparent self-adhesive layer forming liquid.

The above-obtained self-adhesive layer forming liquid was applied to the surface of the reinforcing protrusion 2 obtained above with the curtain coater on the surface.
After heating the self-adhesive layer forming solution using a curtain coater, the organic solvent was distilled off during transportation for 10 seconds to form a self-adhesive layer 6 having a thickness of 15 μm.
Then, release paper 7 was stuck on the self-adhesive layer 6 to obtain a natural wood decorative board (A) with a self-adhesive layer.

The 3 cm (91 cm) × 6 (182 cm) rectangular natural wood decorative board with self-adhesive layer (A) obtained as described above was used for this test (Example 1) (1 cm (30 cm)). ) × 1 scale (30 cm) was cut into 18 equal parts (however, they were used as they were on the wall of an actual building).
Each natural wood decorative board with self-adhesive layer (A1, A2, A3... A18) is used where it can be used as it is 1 scale x 1 scale, and is cut appropriately in the vicinity of the edge, about 1.5m It was affixed to the entire surface of the target surface, which is a vertical plane of 2 . At that time, the operator peeled the release paper 7 one by one in front of the target surface, and attached the release paper 7 to the target surface immediately after peeling.

The time required for pasting on the entire target surface of about 1.5 m 2 was about 1 hour.
All the decorative panels could be neatly affixed, and the edges were not peeled off. Further, even with time, no peeling occurred on all the decorative boards.

Comparative Example 1
Using a reinforcing veneer similar to that obtained in Example 1 as a decorative plate, an operator applied adhesive to both the reinforcing veneer (decorative plate) and the target surface at the site 10 years ago, and 10 sheets vertically ( What was affixed to the target surface of about 3 m) and 50 horizontal sheets (about 15 m) was observed.
The target surface is the inner wall surface of the public hall, and the material thereof is the same as that of the first embodiment only with a large area.

Using an organic solvent-dissolving adhesive called so-called “quick-drying bond”, the target surfaces are grouped, and the adhesive is applied to the reinforcing veneer (decorative plate) and the target veneer corresponding to the reinforcing veneer (decorative plate). It was applied to the entire surface. For each group, there was a difference of 0.5 hours in the standing time from the beginning to the end.
Further, the reinforcing veneer (decorative plate) to which the adhesive is applied and the target surface are left for 15 minutes after the completion of the application of the adhesive, and then each reinforcing veneer (decorative plate) in the direction from left to right. Was pasted on the target surface.

In Comparative Example 1, the area of the target surface on which the decorative plate is attached is much larger than the area of the target surface of Example 1, but when converted based on experience when the same area is constructed, in Comparative Example 1, Compared to Example 1, only about 1/3 was completed in one day (that is, per unit time).

When the target surface constructed 10 years ago was observed, the right half of the reinforcing veneer (decorating plate) peeled off.
The ideal “Leave time from application of adhesive to application” is 15 to 20 minutes, but it takes time to apply the adhesive in a batch, and in addition, it is left for a predetermined time after applying the adhesive. After that, when sticking each reinforcing veneer (decorative plate) on the target surface from the left to the right, the time on the right side was longer after applying the adhesive compared to the left side. It is thought that the adhesiveness fell so much and only that part was peeled off after 10 years. If even one sheet is peeled off, there will be defects in the entire construction.

Comparative Example 2
Instead of the so-called “quick-dry bond” organic solvent-soluble (solvent-based / organic) adhesive of Comparative Example 1, the so-called “aqueous bond” “medium is water and the solute is emulsion polymerized fine particles. Even if the construction was performed in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1 using a “water-based” adhesive (latex-based adhesive), the result was considered to be the same as in Comparative Example 1.
In other words, the ideal “leaving time from application of adhesive to application” is 15 to 20 minutes, but the leaving time is longer than that, and the leaving time varies, and any adhesive has elapsed. Since the adhesiveness similarly decreased with time, the result after 10 years was considered to be the same as that of Comparative Example 1.

Comparative Example 3
Adopted in Comparative Examples 1 and 2, “A method of applying adhesive to a plurality of reinforcing veneers (decorating plates) in groups and pasting them together after a certain period of time”. Instead, a method of applying the adhesive one by one and sticking it to the target surface one by one when a predetermined elapsed time has passed (usually left for 15 to 20 minutes). Then it was expected that it would take more work time.
In Comparative Examples 1 and 2, compared with Example 1 converted to the same area, only about 1/3 can be constructed in one day (that is, per unit time). The efficiency is deteriorated, and only 1/10 or less of the first embodiment can be processed, which is unrealistic.

The natural wood decorative board 1 with a self-adhesive layer of the present invention improves the workability at the construction site, reduces the number of defective constructions detected by peeling of some of the decorative boards over time, and the decorative board using natural wood veneer Even if it is 1, since the total construction cost is reduced, it is widely used for construction of inner walls, outer walls, ceilings and the like.
