Description

The present invention relates to a decorative board.

A decorative board in which a decorative sheet is bonded to a plate-like base material is widely used for interior building materials such as a flooring material, a door, a construction member, and a top board. As for the said decorative board, it is common that the decorative sheet is bonded by the surface and side part of a plate-shaped wooden base material (for example, refer patent document 1). However, in recent years, there has been a demand for a decorative board having a configuration in which a groove is formed in a decorative board and a plurality of decorative boards are bonded together for the purpose of improving design properties.

As a method for manufacturing the grooved decorative plate, for example, after laminating a decorative sheet on a plate-like substrate, a method of carving the groove with the sheet, or a vacuum laminating method on a previously grooved substrate A method of laminating a decorative sheet while following the groove shape is used.

However, the former method is inferior in water resistance because the base material is exposed at the grooved portion, and the latter method spreads the wood grain pattern when, for example, a wood-tone decorative sheet is used. However, there were problems that it was very difficult to give the intended design, and that the productivity was extremely poor because of the batch type.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a decorative board excellent in water resistance and design.

The present invention is a decorative board on which a base material and a decorative sheet are bonded, wherein the base material has grooves in at least one direction other than the longitudinal direction and the longitudinal direction on the surface portion thereof. The decorative sheet is continuously bonded to the side surface portion, the surface portion, and the groove portion provided on the surface portion of the material, and the elongation percentage of the decorative sheet bonded to the groove portion provided on the surface portion is 5% or more. In addition, the present invention provides a decorative board characterized in that the elongation percentage of the decorative sheet on the side surface portion is less than 5%.

Since the decorative board of the present invention has a groove that the decorative sheet follows in the flat portion, it is excellent in water resistance. Further, the elongation rate of the decorative sheet on the flat surface of the base material can be set low. For example, when a decorative sheet having a wood grain tone is used, the wood pattern is not widened on the flat surface, and the desired design can be simplified. Can get to.

Therefore, the decorative board of the present invention can be used for flooring materials; doors such as underfoot doors, closet doors and kitchen doors; construction materials such as frame materials, picture frames and baseboards; It can be preferably used.

The decorative board of the present invention is obtained by bonding a base material and a decorative sheet.

Examples of the base material include wood base materials such as plate-like wood, laminated wood, plywood, MDF (medium density fiber board), and particle board; inorganic base materials such as hard cement calcium silicate boards. it can.

The thickness, width, and length of the base material are appropriately determined according to the application for which the decorative board is used. For example, the length is 600 to 4000 mm, the width is 50 to 450 mm, and the thickness is 2. A range of ˜18 mm is mentioned.

The base material has grooves in at least one direction other than the longitudinal direction (showing a long width direction. When the width is the same in both the vertical and horizontal directions) and the longitudinal direction. The number of longitudinal grooves may be one or two or more, and the number of grooves other than the longitudinal direction may be one or two or more. The direction of the grooves other than the longitudinal direction is preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal direction from the point of highest use frequency and the point that the decorative sheet can easily follow the groove part in line production.

Examples of the groove of the substrate include a cylindrical groove, a triangular groove, a flat groove, and an ant groove. These grooves may be one kind or a mixture of two or more kinds. Among these, triangular grooves are preferable because they are frequently used in flooring and have good followability to the groove of the decorative sheet.

Although the depth of the said groove | channel is suitably determined according to the use for which a decorative board is used, the range of 0.5-3 mm is mentioned, for example. Moreover, as a width | variety of a groove | channel, the range of 0.5-3 mm is mentioned, for example.

The decorative sheet that can be used in the present invention may be plain or may have a decorative color or pattern. Examples of the material of the decorative sheet include resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyolefin, polyester, polyamide, polystyrene, polycarbonate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, and polypropylene; Examples include cloth, thin wood veneer, and tatami mat.

As the thickness of the decorative sheet, the followability to the groove is excellent, and further excellent water resistance can be obtained, and the decorative sheet can be easily set to a desired elongation by softening the decorative sheet. From the point which can improve this, the range of 0.05-0.3 mm is preferable, and the range of 0.1-0.2 mm is more preferable.

As the softening point of the decorative sheet, 40 to 150 ° C. from the point that it is excellent in followability to the groove and better water resistance is obtained, and the decorative sheet is softened and easily set to a desired elongation. It is preferable that it is the range of 50-80 degreeC. In addition, the softening point of the said decorative sheet shows the value measured based on A50 method of JISK7206: 2016.

For bonding the base material and the decorative sheet, for example, an adhesive is preferably used. Examples of the adhesive include a moisture curable urethane hot melt adhesive, EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) adhesive, an emulsion hot melt adhesive, a low temperature application hot melt adhesive, and a solvent resistant hot melt adhesive. Hot-melt adhesives such as adhesives; UV curable adhesives containing urethane (meth) acrylate, epoxy (meth) acrylate, acrylic (meth) acrylate, etc .; one-part epoxy resin; two-part epoxy resin, two-part type A two-component curable adhesive such as urethane resin can be used. These adhesives may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these, since it is solventless and can give sufficient adhesive strength by a single application, it is preferable to use a hot melt adhesive, and the line speed during production can be further improved by excellent initial adhesive strength. Therefore, it is more preferable to use a moisture curable urethane hot melt adhesive.

The adhesive layer may be appropriately determined as long as sufficient adhesiveness is obtained. Examples thereof include a range of 0.03 to 0.15 mm.

The decorative board of the present invention is obtained by bonding the base material and the decorative sheet, and the decorative sheet is continuously bonded in the side surface portion, the flat surface portion, and the groove portion provided in the flat surface portion of the base material. Is. Thereby, the water resistance which was excellent in the decorative board can be provided.

Moreover, in the decorative board of the present invention, it is essential that the decorative sheet bonded to the groove portion has an elongation of 5% or more, and the decorative sheet bonded to the side surface portion has an elongation of less than 5%. is there. Moreover, it is preferable that the elongation rate of the decorative sheet bonded to the flat portion is also less than 5%. In the present invention, since the vacuum laminating method is not used when manufacturing the decorative board, the decorative sheet in the side surface portion, and preferably the flat surface portion, does not extend to 5% or more. Thus, since the elongation rate of the base material side part and preferably the decorative sheet of the flat part is low, the design of the decorative sheet is not impaired, and a desired design can be easily applied even in the groove part. The elongation percentage of the decorative sheet bonded to the groove portion of the substrate is preferably in the range of 5 to 200%, more preferably in the range of 50 to 100%, from the viewpoint that the followability of the decorative sheet can be further improved. The elongation percentage of the decorative sheet bonded to the side surface portion and the flat surface portion of the base material is preferably less than 3% from the viewpoint that even more excellent design properties can be obtained. The elongation percentage of the decorative sheet bonded to the substrate can be calculated, for example, by marking the decorative sheet before processing and measuring the length of the decorative sheet after processing.

Next, the manufacturing method of the decorative board of this invention is demonstrated.

The decorative board of the present invention, for example, by applying an adhesive on the decorative sheet, laminating the decorative sheet and the substrate plane having the groove, the side surface, and optionally the back surface, Examples include a method in which the decorative sheet corresponding to the groove is locally heated, the decorative sheet is locally softened, and pressure-bonded to the groove of the base material. Specifically, the following steps (i) to (iv) are exemplified.

(I) Adhesive application process First, an adhesive is applied on the decorative sheet. Examples of the method for applying the adhesive include a method using an applicator, a roll coater, a spray coater, a T-tie coater, a knife coater, a comma coater, and the like.

The adhesive may be applied on the substrate instead of the decorative sheet. In such a case, it may be applied to a part where the decorative sheet of the base material is bonded, for example, a flat surface portion, a groove portion, a side surface portion, and optionally a back surface portion of the base material. Moreover, when the groove part of the said base material is filled with an adhesive agent, it is preferable to process so that it may become the thickness similar to the adhesive bond layer of a plane part also in a groove part.

(Ii) Sheet adhesion step of base material flat part After applying the adhesive, the decorative sheet and the flat part of the base material are bonded together. In this bonding step, it is preferable to bond the decorative sheet and the flat portion of the base material while applying pressure in terms of solidifying the adhesive and improving productivity.

(Iii) Substrate side surface sheet bonding step Next, the surplus portion of the decorative sheet bonded to the flat surface portion of the base material is bent using a bending jig or the like to the side surface portion and, if necessary, the back surface portion. Adhere.

(Iv) Sheet Adhesion Step of Base Material Groove As a decorative sheet adhesion method to the base material groove, the portion corresponding to the groove of the base material is locally heated in the decorative sheet adhered to the flat surface of the base material, The method of making it crimp is mentioned. Specifically, in the decorative sheet bonded to the flat surface portion of the base material, the portion corresponding to the groove of the base material is heated to a temperature at which the decorative sheet softens (for example, 40 to 200 ° C.) to soften and extend the decorative sheet. Is pressed against the groove bottom surface of the base material using a pressing jig or the like so as to follow the groove portion of the base material, and a hot press process is performed in which the adhesive applied to the back surface of the decorative sheet is remelted and then heated. There is a method of performing a cold pressing process in which the decorative sheet on the groove is pressed against the groove bottom surface of the substrate with a pressing jig or the like having no shape, and the adhesive is cooled and solidified. By the above method, a decorative board can be obtained in which a decorative sheet is continuously bonded to the flat surface portion, the groove portion, the side surface portion, and if necessary, a part of the back surface portion. In addition, as for the local heating of the said decorative sheet, the method of using the heated pushing jig | tool is mentioned, for example.

As mentioned above, since the decorative board of this invention has the groove | channel which the decorative sheet followed in the plane part, it is excellent in water resistance.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples.

[Comparative Example 2]
The decorative sheet, adhesive, and base material were the same as those in Example 1.
An adhesive was applied to the entire back surface of the decorative sheet with a thickness of 55 μm using a T-die coater, and the adhesive layer was bonded onto the substrate while being pressed. Next, the surplus portion of the decorative sheet was bent and crimped to the four side surface portions of the base material.
Next, this decorative board was vacuum laminated using a vacuum laminator (“LM-50X50-S” manufactured by NPC Corporation) under the conditions of 120 ° C./0.1 MPa / 2 minutes and 15 mbar. A decorative sheet was obtained in which the elongation percentage of the decorative sheet in the flat portion of the material was 6% and the elongation percentage of the decorative sheet in the groove portion was 120%. Hereinafter, this processing method is abbreviated as “vacuum lamination processing”.
