Both the above-mentioned lapping-processed decorative material and embossed decorative material are excellent in caster resistance and water resistance because the grooves are covered with a decorative sheet. The groove is flat and does not change much and it is not satisfactory in terms of design. Like a decorative material with a groove formed by conventional cutting processing, coloring paint is applied to the groove to give a depth feeling to the groove. It was necessary to improve the quality and give a high-class feeling. However, the work of applying the colored paint to the groove is quite complicated, and this solution has been demanded.

As the design of the design printing layer, a wood grain design,
It is a print pattern such as a stone pattern, a cloth pattern, a leather pattern, a geometrical figure, a character, a symbol, or a solid pattern. In addition, the width of the joint printing layer such as the vertical joint printing layer 31 is determined in consideration of the type and the groove width of the pattern printing layer when the decorative material 1 is used, and the designability of the recessed groove portion 11 or the processing accuracy thereof. The pattern is made of a striped solid pattern as shown in FIG. 1, or a dark color from the center to both ends of each cross section as shown in FIG. 2 ( Figure 2
(Displayed with a symbol D) to light color (displayed with a symbol L in FIG. 2)
The vertical joint printing layer 32 is composed of a strip-shaped gradation pattern that changes continuously. In particular, the vertical joint printing layer 3 consisting of a band-shaped gradation pattern
2 means that the vertical joint printing layer can be provided wider than the width of the recessed groove portion 11 (see FIG. 1), and is longer than the vertical joint printing layer 31 (see FIG. 1) having a striped solid pattern. Even if the positional relationship between the groove 32 and the recessed groove portion 11 (see FIG. 1) in the width direction is slightly deviated, the designability is not deteriorated, and the productivity of the decorative material 1 is improved, which is preferable. It should be noted that the vertical joint printing layers 31 and 32 are illustrated as four in FIGS. 1 and 2 and are not limited to this, and should be appropriately determined in consideration of designability. Further, although the joint printing layer has been described as the vertical joint printing layers 31 and 32, the decorative material of the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. The horizontal joint printing layers 33 are staggered in the direction perpendicular to the vertical joint printing layers 31, that is, the horizontal joint printing layers 33 adjacent to each other with the vertical joint printing layers 31 interposed therebetween are not aligned. It is possible, and by having such a configuration, it is possible to obtain a decorative material having more excellent designability. In FIG. 3, the horizontal joint printing layer 33 is shown as a strip-shaped solid pattern, but the horizontal joint printing layer is similar to the vertical joint printing layer and may be a strip-shaped solid pattern. This preferable strip-shaped gradation pattern may be used.

The decorative sheet 3 has physical properties required for the purpose of use as the decorative material 1, for example, wall materials, floor materials, ceiling materials, etc., especially scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and stain resistance. Although there are differences in surface physical properties such as, the surface protective layer is usually provided on the outermost surface of the decorative sheet 3. Examples of the resin forming the surface protective layer include epoxy resin, acrylic resin, urethane resin, amide resin, ester resin, and polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, polybutadiene, polyisoprene. Or a copolymer of two or more kinds of olefins such as ethylene, propylene, butene, butadiene and isoprene, or a copolymer of α-olefins having 4 or more carbon atoms (linear low density polyethylene), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer Examples thereof include polymers, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymers, and mixed resins composed of one or more of these. Then, as a method of forming this surface protective layer, for example, a solution of the above-mentioned resin or a method of melting by heating, a known coating means such as a gravure printing method, a roll coating method, or an extrusion coating method is appropriately used. It can be formed by applying it, or can be formed by forming the above resin into a film and laminating it by a known laminating method such as a dry lamination method.

Further, particularly when the decorative material 1 is used as a floor material, it is preferable that the surface protective layer is formed of an ionizing radiation curable resin. This is because the surface hardness is high and the productivity is excellent. The ionizing radiation curable resin is a resin that undergoes a cross-linking polymerization reaction upon irradiation with ionizing radiation to change into a three-dimensional polymer structure. Ionizing radiation means an electromagnetic wave or charged particle beam having an energy quantum capable of polymerizing and cross-linking molecules, and visible light, ultraviolet light (near ultraviolet light, vacuum ultraviolet light, etc.),
There are X-rays, electron beams, ion beams and the like. Normally, ultraviolet rays or electron beams are used, and as the ultraviolet rays, light sources such as an ultrahigh pressure mercury lamp, a high pressure mercury lamp, a low pressure mercury lamp, a carbon arc lamp, a black light fluorescent lamp, and a metal halide lamp lamp can be used. As the wavelength of ultraviolet rays, a wavelength range of 1900 to 3800Å is usually mainly used. Also, as electron beams, Cockloft-Walton type, Bandecraft type, resonant transformer type,
Insulation core transformer type, linear type, dynamitron type, high frequency type electron beam accelerators, etc.
Those which irradiate with electrons having an energy of 000 keV, preferably 100 to 300 keV can be used.

The ionizing radiation-curable resin is a monomer having a radically polymerizable unsaturated group such as a (meth) acryloyl group or a (meth) acryloyloxy group, or a cationically polymerizable functional group such as an epoxy group in the molecule. It is composed of a body, a prepolymer or a polymer (hereinafter collectively referred to as a compound). These monomers, prepolymers and polymers may be used alone or in combination of two or more. In addition, in this specification, (meth) acrylate is used to mean acrylate or methacrylate.

Examples of the prepolymer having a radically polymerizable unsaturated group include polyester (meth) acrylate, urethane (meth) acrylate, epoxy (meth) acrylate, melamine (meth) acrylate, triazine (meth) acrylate and polyvinylpyrrolidone. Can be mentioned. This prepolymer usually has a molecular weight of 1000.
Those of about 0 or less are used. When the molecular weight exceeds 10,000, surface properties such as scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and heat resistance of the cured resin layer are insufficient. Although the above-mentioned acrylate and methacrylate can be used in common, the acrylate is faster in terms of the cross-linking curing speed with ionizing radiation, and therefore the acrylate is more advantageous for the purpose of curing efficiently at a high speed in a short time.
