Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのポンプ室(18)を備えたダイヤフラムポンプ(1)であって、前記ポンプ室(18)は、流入弁(22)を介して流入室(11)に接続されていて、かつ流出弁(24)を介して流出室(13)に接続されており、前記流入弁(22)は、流入弁体によって閉鎖可能な流入開口を有しており、かつ前記流出弁(24)は、流出弁体によって閉鎖可能な流出開口を有している、ダイヤフラムポンプにおいて、
前記流出開口は前記流入開口を取り囲んでいる、または
前記流入開口は前記流出開口を取り囲んでいる
ことを特徴とする、ダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 前記流出弁の前記流出開口は、互いに隔てられた少なくとも2つの流出開口部分(23a)によって形成されており、該流出開口部分(23a)は、前記入口開口を取り囲んでいる、請求項1記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記流入弁の前記流入開口は、互いに隔てられた少なくとも2つの流入開口部分によって形成されており、該流入開口部分は、流出開口を取り囲んでいる、請求項1記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記流入室(11)および前記流出室(13)は、1つの共通の中心軸線の周りに形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記流入室(11)は、その鉛直方向下側の領域に壁を有しており、前記壁は、該壁が少なくとも1つの前記流入弁(22)の前記流入開口の下側部分と同一平面を成すように形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記流出室(13)は、その鉛直方向下側の領域に壁を有しており、前記壁は、該壁が少なくとも1つの前記流出弁(24)の前記流出開口の下側部分と同一平面を成すように形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 複数のポンプ室(18)が設けられており、該ポンプ室(18)のそれぞれに、少なくとも1つの前記流入弁(22)および少なくとも1つの前記流出弁(24)が設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ室(18)は、弁プレート(5)の一部として形成されており、前記弁プレート(5)は、複数の前記流出弁(24)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記弁プレート(5)は、前記ポンプ室(18)の数に相当する数の前記流出弁(24)を有している、請求項8記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記ダイヤフラムポンプの、前記流入室(11)および前記流出室(13)を有する部分と、ポンプダイヤフラム(7)を支持するダイヤフラム支持体(6)との間に、前記ポンプ室(18)と前記流入弁(22)および前記流出弁(24)とを有する弁プレート(5)が配置されている、請求項8または9記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記流入室(11)と前記ポンプ室(18)との間に流入通路(16)が設けられており、前記ポンプ室(18)に対応配置された流入弁(22)は、前記流入通路(16)内に、または前記流入通路(16)の始端部または終端部に配置されている、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記流出室と前記ポンプ室との間に流出通路が設けられており、前記ポンプ室に対応配置された流出弁は、前記流出通路内に、または前記流出通路の始端部または終端部に配置されている、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 4つの前記ポンプ室(18)が設けられており、前記弁プレート(5)には、少なくとも4つの前記流出弁(24)と少なくとも4つの前記流入弁(22)とが配置されている、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のダイヤフラムポンプを備えた、流体を圧送する装置であって、ポンプヘッド(2)が、駆動室および駆動装置を備えており、前記ポンプ室は、ポンプダイヤフラム(7)を用いて前記駆動室(29)に対してシールされていることを特徴とする、流体を圧送する装置。
- 前記ポンプダイヤフラム(7)は、対応配置されたポンプエレメント(6)を介して、周期的に軸方向においてポンピング運動することができる、請求項14記載の装置。
