Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- レーザービーム(4)を用いて硬化可能な構成材料(3)から成る構成材料層を層ごとに連続的かつ選択的に露光することによって、かつそれに伴って、層ごとに連続的かつ選択的に硬化することによって、三次元の対象物(2)を積層造形するための装置(1)であって、
中で、レーザービーム(4)を用いて硬化可能な構成材料(3)から成るそれぞれの構成材料層の層ごとの連続的かつ選択的な露光と、それに伴う層ごとの連続的かつ選択的な硬化とが行われるプロセスチャンバ(7)と、
それぞれの構成材料層を選択的に露光しかつそれに伴って硬化するためのレーザービーム(4)を発生させるために設備されている露光装置(6)とを備える装置(1)において、
前記露光装置(6)はハウジング構造(11)に、前記プロセスチャンバ(7)から熱的に減結合され距離を置いて、設けられているあるいは形成されていることを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 前記装置(1)は、前記露光装置(6)と前記プロセスチャンバ(7)とが設けられあるいは形成されている枠組み構造(11)を備え、前記露光装置(6)は、前記プロセスチャンバ(7)から距離を置いて、前記枠組み構造(11)に設けられあるいは形成されているので、前記装置(1)の運転中に前記プロセスチャンバ(7)を介して前記枠組み構造(11)にもたらされる熱エネルギーによって、前記枠組み構造(11)での前記露光装置(6)の位置決めが変化することは起こらないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記露光装置(6)が少なくとも1つの第1の枠組み構造部分(11a)に設けられあるいは形成されており、前記プロセスチャンバ(7)が少なくとも1つのさらなる枠組み構造部分(11b)に設けられあるいは形成されていて、少なくとも1つの前記第1の枠組み構造部分(11a)は、少なくとも1つの前記さらなる枠組み構造部分(11b)から距離を置いて設けられあるいは形成されているので、前記装置(1)の運転中に前記プロセスチャンバ(7)を介して前記枠組み構造(11)にもたらされる熱エネルギーによって、前記枠組み構造(11)での前記露光装置(6)の位置決めが変化することは起こらないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、互いに熱的に減結合され距離を置いて設けられている複数の別々の枠組み構造(11、13)を備え、前記露光装置(6)は第1の枠組み構造(11)に設けられあるいは形成されており、前記プロセスチャンバ(7)は第2の枠組み構造(13)に設けられあるいは形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記露光装置(6)は、熱膨張係数が0.5から3.0×10−6K−1の領域にある材料特に金属から形成されている、別々の枠組み構造部分(11a)に設けられあるいは形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 前記露光装置(6)と前記プロセスチャンバ(7)との間には、前記露光装置(6)と前記プロセスチャンバ(7)との間の距離を定義する間隙空間(12)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記露光装置(6)特に該露光装置(6)のレーザービーム抽出ポイントであって、レーザービーム(4)が前記露光装置(6)特に該露光装置(6)に付属するビーム転向装置から抽出される際に通るレーザービーム抽出ポイントと、レーザービーム(4)が前記プロセスチャンバ(7)によって定義されるプロセスチャンバ内部空間(15)に注入される際に通るレーザービーム注入ポイントとの間に設けられあるいは形成されている、特にベローズ状あるいはスリーブ状の少なくとも1つの遮蔽要素(16)であって、前記露光装置(6)特に該露光装置(6)のレーザービーム出口ポイントと前記プロセスチャンバ(7)特に該プロセスチャンバ(7)の前記レーザービーム注入ポイントとの間で延伸するレーザービーム(4)を遮蔽するための遮蔽要素(16)を特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記露光装置(6)が設けられあるいは形成されている前記枠組み構造(11)の周囲に設けられあるいは形成されている、少なくとも1つの遮蔽要素(16)を備える遮蔽ハウジング構造(17)を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
