Claims (14)
- エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造(積層造形)する装置(1)であって、少なくとも1つの照射ユニット(5)を有する照射デバイス(4)を備え、前記照射ユニット(5)は、少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)を画定された空間関係でその内部で保持する一つの共通の保持構造(6)を備え、前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)は、個々に制御可能であり、前記照射デバイス(4)は、前記共通の保持構造(6)外に少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)を照射し、前記照射ユニット(5)は、共通の冷却デバイス(12)を前記内部に備え、前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)は、前記共通の冷却デバイス(12)に前記内部で熱的に接触して配置されることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)を介して生成される少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)を造形平面(9)内で個々に案内するように適合された少なくとも1つのビーム案内ユニット(19)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ビーム案内ユニット(19)は、前記少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)のスポットが前記造形平面(9)内で離れるように、又は少なくとも部分的に重複するように、前記少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)を案内するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ビーム案内ユニット(19)は、前記造形平面(9)の画定された領域にわたって各エネルギービーム(8)を案内するように適合され、前記少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)は、重複領域内で重複させることができることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記照射ユニット(5)は、前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)にエネルギービーム(8)を生成するためのエネルギーを提供するように適合された共通のエネルギー源(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記共通のエネルギー源(10)は、各照射要素(7)にエネルギーを個々に提供するように適合され、制御ユニット(11)が、各照射要素(7)を個々に弱め且つ/又は切り換えるように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記共通の冷却デバイス(12)は、少なくとも1つの共通の冷却回路(14)及び/又は少なくとも1つの共通の冷却プラットホーム(13)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)、並びに前記共通のエネルギー源(10)及び/又は前記共通の冷却デバイス(12)は、照射アセンブリを形成することを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記照射デバイス(4)は、少なくとも1つの光ファイバ(16)を備え、少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)が、同じ光ファイバ(16)又は異なる光ファイバ(16)内へ結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記照射ユニット(5)は、少なくとも2つの光ファイバ(16)を有する光ファイバアレイ(15)を備え、少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)を介して生成される少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)が、同じ光ファイバ(16)内へ結合され、且つ/又は少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)が、前記光ファイバアレイ(15)の異なる光ファイバ(16)内へ結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)に結合可能である又は結合されている少なくとも1つの照射ヘッド(17)を備え、前記少なくとも1つの照射ヘッド(17)は、前記照射要素(7)を介して生成される各エネルギービーム(8)のビーム特性を個々に修正するように適合された少なくとも1つのビーム修正ユニット(18)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記ビーム修正ユニット(18)は、各エネルギービーム(8)のスポット寸法及び/又は造形平面(9)に対するスポット焦点位置、及び/又は参照軸に対するスポット位置を個々に修正するように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)であって、前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)は、個々に制御可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する少なくとも1つの装置(1)を動作させる方法であって、前記装置(1)は、少なくとも1つの照射ユニット(5)を有する少なくとも1つの照射デバイス(4)を備え、前記照射ユニット(5)は、少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)を画定された空間関係でその内部で保持する共通の保持構造(6)を備え、前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)は、個々に制御可能であり、前記照射デバイス(4)は、前記共通の保持構造(6)外に少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(8)を照射し、前記照射ユニット(5)は、共通の冷却デバイス(12)を前記内部に備え、前記少なくとも2つの照射要素(7)は、前記共通の冷却デバイス(12)に前記内部で熱的に接触して配置されることを特徴とする方法。
