Description
Claims (6)
- 三次元ワークピースの製造装置(10)であって、
原材料粉末を受けるように適合されたキャリア(12)と、
放射源(22)と複数の光学部品を有し、生成的な積層造形法によって前記キャリア上の前記原材料粉末から造形されるワークピースを製造するために、前記キャリア(12)上に塗布された前記原材料粉末を電磁放射線または粒子放射線で選択的に照射する照射部(20)と、
前記放射源(22)によって放射され、前記照射部(20)の少なくとも一つの光学部品を通過した放射ビーム(26)の動作パラメーターを検出可能とするように配置された検出装置(34)と、
を有するものであり、
前記放射ビーム(26)の動作パラメーターを前記検出装置(34)によって検出する前に、前記放射源(22)によって放射された前記放射ビーム(26)が通過する、前記照射部(20)の少なくとも一つの光学部品は、集束光学部品(24)であるか、又は、ビームエキスパンダー(40)であり、
前記検出装置(34)は、前記放射ビーム(26)の動作パラメーターの検出値を制御部(36)に出力するように適合され、該制御部(36)は前記検出値が設定範囲内にあるか否かを決定し、前記検出値が前記設定範囲外にあることが決定された場合は、ユーザーインターフェースへメッセージを出力するように適合されたものであり、
前記制御部(36)は、前記検出値がいつ前記設定範囲外になったかの時刻の表示、前記検出値がどれくらいの時間前記設定範囲外にあったかの期間の表示、及び製造課程で前記検出値が前記設定範囲外にあった状態で、生成的な積層造形法に従って製造された前記ワークピースの層の表示の少なくとも一つの表示を含むユーザーインターフェースへのメッセージを出力するように適合されたものであることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記検出装置(34)は、前記放射ビーム(26)の出力パワーを連続的に検出するように適合されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記照射部(20)は、前記放射源(22)によって放射された放射ビーム(26)が、前記照射部(20)の少なくとも一つの光学部品を通過した後のビーム路の中に配置されたビームスプリッター(28)を有し、該ビームスプリッター(28)は前記放射ビーム(26)のサブビーム(26b)を前記検出装置(34)に向けるように適合されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 三次元ワークピースの製造方法であって、
キャリア(12)上に原材料粉末を塗布する工程と、
生成的な積層造形法によって前記キャリア(12)上の前記原材料粉末から造形されるワークピースを製造するために、前記キャリア(12)上に塗布された前記原材料粉末を放射源(22)と複数の光学部品を有する照射部(20)によって電磁放射線または粒子放射線で選択的に照射する工程と、
前記放射源(22)によって放射され、前記照射部(20)の少なくとも一つの光学部品を通過した放射ビーム(26)の動作パラメーターを検出装置(34)によって検出する工程と、
を有し、
前記放射ビーム(26)の動作パラメーターを前記検出装置(34)によって検出する前に、前記放射源(22)によって放射された前記放射ビーム(26)が通過する、前記照射部(20)の少なくとも一つの光学部品は、集束光学部品(24)であるか、又は、ビームエキスパンダー(40)であり、
前記検出装置(34)は、前記放射ビーム(26)の動作パラメーターの検出値を制御部(36)に出力し、該制御部(36)は前記検出値が設定範囲内にあるか否かを決定し、前記検出値が前記設定範囲外にあることが決定された場合は、ユーザーインターフェースへメッセージを出力し、
前記制御部(36)は、前記検出値がいつ前記設定範囲外になったかの時刻の表示、前記検出値がどれくらいの時間前記設定範囲外にあったかの期間の表示、及び製造課程で前記検出値が前記設定範囲外にあった状態で、生成的な積層造形法に従って製造された前記ワークピースの層の表示の少なくとも一つの表示を含むユーザーインターフェースへのメッセージを出力することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記検出装置(34)は、前記放射ビーム(26)の出力パワーを連続的に検出することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記照射部(20)は、前記放射源(22)によって放射された放射ビーム(26)が、前記照射部(20)の少なくとも一つの光学部品を通過した後のビーム路の中に配置されたビームスプリッター(28)を有し、該ビームスプリッター(28)は前記放射ビーム(26)のサブビーム(26b)を前記検出装置(34)に向けるように適合されることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の方法。
