Claims (11)
- エネルギービーム(6〜9)によって固化することができる造形材料層(5)を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射および固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造するための少なくとも2つの装置(3、4)を備える3次元の物体(2)を付加製造するための工場(1)において、前記装置(3、4)のうちの少なくとも1つへ案内可能な少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を生成するように構成された別体のビーム生成ユニット(10)を有し、
少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を少なくとも2つの装置(3、4)間で選択的に分散させるように構成されたビーム案内ユニット(13)を有し、
前記ビーム生成ユニット(10)が、異なるビーム特性を有する少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を生成するように構成されることを特徴とする工場。 - 少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を1つもしくは複数の装置(3、4)へ選択的に案内するように構成されたビーム案内ユニット(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工場。
- 少なくとも1つの前記装置(3、4)の少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム要求に応じて前記ビーム案内ユニット(13)を制御するように構成された制御ユニット(17)を有し、前記ビーム案内ユニット(13)が、前記エネルギービーム要求に応じて少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を分散させることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の工場。
- 前記エネルギービーム要求が、少なくとも1つの装置(3、4)のプロセスステップおよび/または製造プロセスの状態に関する情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の工場。
- 前記ビーム案内ユニット(13)が、少なくとも1つの他の装置(3、4)の前記エネルギービーム要求、特に製造プロセスの状態に応じて、少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を1つの装置(3、4)へ案内するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の工場。
- 少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)の少なくとも1つのビーム特性に応じて、前記物体(2)の少なくとも1つの領域および/または少なくとも1つの層の一部分を照射するように構成された少なくとも1つの照射ユニット(14、15)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の工場。
- 前記ビーム生成ユニット(10)が、少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム源(11、12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の工場。
- 前記ビーム特性は、ビーム電力または波長である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の工場。
- 前記ビーム特性が、前記エネルギービーム(6〜9)の波長および/または前記エネルギービーム(6〜9)の電力レベルおよび/またはビームプロファイルであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の工場。
- エネルギービーム(6〜9)によって固化することができる造形材料層(5)を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射および固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造するための少なくとも2つの装置(3、4)を備える3次元の物体(2)を付加製造するための少なくとも1つの工場(1)を動作させる方法において、少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)が、別体のビーム生成ユニット(10)によって生成され、前記装置(3、4)のうちの少なくとも1つへ案内され、その際、ビーム案内ユニット(13)が、少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を少なくとも2つの装置(3、4)間で選択的に分散させ、
前記ビーム生成ユニット(10)が、異なるビーム特性を有する少なくとも2つのエネルギービーム(6〜9)を生成するように構成され
