Claims (15)
- エネルギー源によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射(8)及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)であって、造形平面(6)から放出された放射(8)の少なくとも1つのパラメータを判定するように適合された判定デバイス(13)を備える装置において、前記造形平面(6)から放出された前記放射(8)の少なくとも一部を前記判定デバイス(13)の判定ユニット(14、15)へ案内し、前記放射(8)の前記少なくとも1つの案内された部分内で、少なくとも前記造形平面(6)の固化区間(9)の中心部分から放出された放射(10)を低減させるように適合された光学ユニット(19)を特徴とする装置。
- 前記固化区間(9)の前記中心部分から放出された放射(10)が消去されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光学ユニット(19)は、少なくとも1つの第1の鏡(20)及び少なくとも1つの第2の鏡(23)を備え、前記第1の鏡(20)は、前記固化区間(9)の前記中心部分から放出された放射(10)のビーム経路内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の鏡(20)は、前記造形平面(6)の方を向いている第1の面(21)と、前記判定デバイス(13)の方を向いている第2の面(22)とを含み、前記第2の面(22)は、少なくとも部分的に湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の鏡(20)の湾曲が、凸面、特に球面であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の鏡(23)は、リング形状であり、前記リング形状は、開口(24)を囲むことを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第2の鏡(23)は、先細りした横断面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1の鏡(20)の方を向いている前記第2の鏡(23)の面(25)は、湾曲しており、特に凹面であることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記光学ユニット(19)は、回転対称であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記光学ユニット(19)を前記ビーム経路、特に前記第1の鏡(20)内へ選択的に動かすように適合された位置決めユニット(28)を特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(13)は、前記固化区間(9)の前記中心部分から放出された放射(10)が、前記放射(8)の前記少なくとも1つの案内された部分内で前記光学ユニット(19)を介して低減される第1の位置に前記光学ユニット(19)がある状態で判定される少なくとも1つのパラメータと、前記固化区間(9)の前記中心部分から放出された放射(10)が、前記放射(8)の前記少なくとも1つの案内された部分内で前記光学ユニット(19)を介して低減されない第2の位置に前記光学ユニット(19)がある状態で判定される少なくとも1つのパラメータ、特に同じパラメータとを組み合わせるように適合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記判定デバイス(13)は、少なくとも2つの判定ユニット(14、15)を備え、ビーム分割ユニット(16)が、前記造形平面(6)から放出された放射(8)の少なくとも一部を2つの放射部分(17、18)に分割するように適合され、一方の放射部分(17)が、第1の判定ユニット(14)へ誘導され、他方の放射部分(18)が、第2の判定ユニット(15)へ誘導され、前記光学ユニット(19)は、前記ビーム分割ユニット(16)と前記第1又は第2の判定ユニット(14、15)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記光学ユニット(19)は、前記造形平面(6)及び/又は前記装置(1)の前記判定デバイス(13)に対して可動に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- エネルギー源によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)、特に請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)向けの判定デバイス(13)であって、造形平面(6)から放出された放射(8)の少なくとも1つのパラメータを判定するように適合された判定デバイスにおいて、前記造形平面(6)から放出された前記放射(8)の少なくとも一部を前記判定デバイス(13)の少なくとも1つの判定ユニット(14、15)へ案内し、前記放射(8)の前記少なくとも1つの案内された部分内で、少なくとも前記造形平面(6)の固化区間(9)の中心部分から放出された放射(10)を低減させるように適合された光学ユニット(19)を特徴とする判定デバイス。
- エネルギー源によって固化することができる造形材料(3)の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する少なくとも1つの装置(1)、特に請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)を動作させる方法であって、造形平面(6)から放出された放射(8)の少なくとも1つのパラメータが判定される方法において、前記造形平面(6)から放出された前記放射(8)の少なくとも一部が収集され、前記放射(8)の前記少なくとも1つの収集された部分内で、固化区間(9)の中心部分から放出された放射(10)が低減されることを特徴とする方法。
