Abstract
【解決手段】点灯回路400は、PWM信号に応じた輝度で半導体光源302を点灯させる。駆動回路410は、ECU202からのPWM信号を受け、半導体光源302への駆動電流ILAMPを生成し、当該駆動電流ILAMPをPWM信号に応じてスイッチングする。点灯回路400は、PWM信号の無入力状態が所定時間経過すると、異常検出信号DGをアサートし、異常検出信号DGをECU202に出力する。

Description
同様に、「部材Cが、部材Aと部材Bの間に設けられた状態」とは、部材Aと部材C、あるいは部材Bと部材Cが直接的に接続される場合のほか、それらの電気的な接続状態に実質的な影響を及ぼさない、あるいはそれらの結合により奏される機能や効果を損なわせない、その他の部材を介して間接的に接続される場合も含む。
Claims (6)
- 半導体光源を点灯させる点灯回路であって、
コントローラからのPWM信号を受け、前記半導体光源への駆動電流を生成し、当該駆動電流を前記PWM信号に応じてスイッチングする駆動回路を備え、
前記PWM信号の無入力状態が所定時間経過すると異常検出信号をアサートし、前記異常検出信号を前記コントローラに出力することを特徴とする点灯回路。 - 前記コントローラによる前記PWM信号の供給開始と前記点灯回路への電源供給開始は同期していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の点灯回路。
- 前記点灯回路の異常を示す異常検出信号と前記PWM信号の異常を示す異常検出信号は論理合成され、単一の信号ラインを介して前記コントローラに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の点灯回路。
- 前記駆動回路は、
コンバータと、
前記PWM信号に応じて前記コンバータを制御するコンバータコントローラと、
を備え、
前記コンバータコントローラは、前記所定時間連続した前記PWM信号の無入力状態を検出するタイマー回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の点灯回路。 - 前記コンバータコントローラは、前記点灯回路で使用される電源電圧を生成するレギュレータを含み、前記所定時間連続した前記PWM信号の無入力状態が検出されると前記電源電圧をシャットダウンし、これにより前記コントローラに供給される前記異常検出信号がアサート状態となることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の点灯回路。
