Abstract
【解決手段】課題は、特に粉末形状の構成材料の進入に関して互いにシールすべき二つの部材、または部材グループを有する、三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の粉末モジュール、特に構成モジュールの為の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置(1)であって、その際あ、少なくとも二つの部材、又は部材グループが、少なくとも一つのシール要素(9)によって互いにシールされている粉末チャンバーテーブル装置(1)において、
シール要素(9)が、高温耐性を有するシリコン材料から形成されているか、又はそのようなものを有することによって解決される。

Claims (12)
- 特に粉末形状の構成材料の進入に関して互いにシールすべき二つの部材、または部材グループを有する、三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の粉末モジュール、特に構成モジュールの為の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置(1)であって、その際あ、少なくとも二つの部材、又は部材グループが、少なくとも一つのシール要素(9)によって互いにシールされている粉末チャンバーテーブル装置(1)において、
シール要素(9)が、高温耐性を有するシリコン材料から形成されているか、又はそのようなものを有することを特徴とする粉末チャンバーテーブル装置(1)。 - 高温耐性を有するシリコン材料が、アセテートシリコン、又はシリコンゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- 高温耐性を有するシリコン材料が、少なくとも部分的に架橋されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- 高温耐性を有するシリコン材料が、少なくとも200度、特に250度を超える温度領域までの温度耐性を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- 特にプレート形状の隔離体(5)と、隔離体(5)の下に設けられる、又は形成される、特にプレート形状の支持体(7)を有し、その際、シール要素(9)が、少なくとも部分的に、隔離体(5)と支持体(7)の間に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- シール要素(9)が、隔離体(5)内、特に支持体(7)の方に向けられた面部分内に形成された、溝形状のシール要素収容領域(10)内に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- シール要素(9)が、溝状のシール要素収容領域(10)を少なくとも部分的に満たしつつシール要素収容領域(10)内に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特著通とする請求項6に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- 粉末チャンバーテーブル装置(1)の露出された上面を形成する、特にプレート形状の加熱体(2)と、この下に設けられる、又は形成される、特にプレート形状の隔離体(5)又は別の隔離体(5)を有し、その際、シール要素(9)が、少なくとも部分的に、加熱体(2)と隔離体(5)の間に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- シール要素(9)が、加熱体(2)と隔離体(5)の間に延在する、一方側で開かれた隙間状のシール要素収容領域(11)内に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- シール要素(9)が、隙間状のシール要素収容領域(11)を少なくとも部分的に充填するようすき間空間内に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の粉末チャンバーテーブル装置(1)を有することを特徴とする、三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の為の粉末モジュール。
- 請求項11に記載の粉末モジュールを有する三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置。
