【解決手段】パウチ形電池を支持するための支持部材(4)であって、基体(5)を有しており、該基体(5)は、パウチ形電池のシールシームに当て付けられる当接面を備えた成形部として形成されている。

Description
例えばリチウム技術、例えばリチウムイオン、リチウムポリマ、リチウム硫黄、に基づく大型バッテリーシステムは、様々な用途に使用される。一般に1つのバッテリーシステムは、50〜200の電池を有している。大型のエネルギ貯蔵体の場合には、数千の電池も一般的である。
よって本発明の根底を成す課題は、複数のパウチ形電池を1つのフレーム又はケーシング内で確実且つ廉価に支持することにある。
図1には、パウチ形電池、つまりフレキシブルなカバーを備えた電池の概略図が示されており、このパウチ形電池は、電極‐セパレータ積層体を内蔵する本来の電池体1と、周方向に延びるシールシーム2と、カバーフィルム間で電池から突出しており、付加的に1枚のフィルムによりシールされた複数の集電体3とから成っており、シールシーム2の領域において、上側のカバーフィルムと下側のカバーフィルムとは、互いに溶接されている。この場合、集電体3は、それぞれ同じ側においてケーシングから突出しているか、又は異なる側に位置していてもよい。
Claims (17)
- パウチ形電池を支持するための支持部材(4)であって、基体(5)を有しており、
該基体(5)は、パウチ形電池のシールシーム(2)に当て付けられる当接面(5a)を備えた成形部として形成されていることを特徴とする、支持部材(4)。 - 前記成形部は、連続的な押出し成形法により製造可能である、請求項1記載の支持部材。
- 前記成形部は、少なくとも部分的に、エラストマ、熱可塑性エラストマ、又は独立気泡型の発泡体から製造されているか、又は前記各材料を有している、請求項1又は2記載の支持部材。
- 前記成形部は、専ら、エラストマ又は熱可塑性エラストマのみから製造されている、請求項3記載の支持部材。
- 前記成形部は、2つの材料から製造されており、第2の材料は第1の材料よりも硬い、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の支持部材。
- 前記成形部は、1つのパウチ形電池のシールシーム(2)を受容するために、1つの切欠き(6)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の支持部材。
- 前記成形部は、複数のパウチ形電池のシールシーム(2)を受容するために、櫛状に形成されている、つまり複数の切欠き(6)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の支持部材。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも2つの支持部材(4)と、少なくとも1つのパウチ形電池とを有するユニットにおいて、
前記パウチ形電池のシールシーム(2)は、1つの成形部内に配置されているか、又は2つの隣り合った成形部の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、ユニット。 - 前記成形部は、前記パウチ形電池のシールシーム(2)の少なくとも片面を弾性的に加圧する、請求項8記載のユニット。
- 前記成形部は、前記パウチ形電池のシールシーム(2)の両面を弾性的に加圧する、請求項8又は9記載のユニット。
- 前記支持部材(4)は、前記パウチ形電池の少なくとも2辺を包囲している、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載のユニット。
- 前記支持部材(4)は、前記パウチ形電池の3つ又は4つの辺を包囲している、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載のユニット。
- 集電体(3)の領域も、前記成形部により加圧されている、請求項8から12までのいずれか1項記載のユニット。
- 前記集電体(3)に直ぐに隣接しては位置していない前記シールシーム(2)の領域は、該領域を、内部過剰圧力が生じた場合の目標破断箇所として形成するために、前記成形部により加圧されてはいない、請求項8から13までのいずれか1項記載のユニット。
- 前記成形部はそれぞれ、積層体部分として両面側で複数のシールシーム(2)に押し当てられており、当該ユニットは、少なくとも部分的に形状接続的にケーシング内に配置されており、該ケーシングが、前記積層体を加圧する機能を引き受ける、請求項8から14までのいずれか1項記載のユニット。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の支持部材(4)により位置固定された複数のパウチ形電池を有し、且つ/又は請求項8から15までのいずれか1項記載のユニットを有する、バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の支持部材(4)により位置固定された複数のパウチ形電池を有し、且つ/又は請求項8から15までのいずれか1項記載のユニットを有する、バッテリーシステム。
