Abstract
【解決手段】電源の第1極に接続されるように配置される第1電極板と、第1電極板の表面の上に設けられ、且つ電源の第2極に接続されるように配置され、通路を有する第2電極板と、放電領域を形成するように配置され、第1電極板の表面に設けられ、且つ通路を貫通し、先端を有する少なくとも1つのロングタイプ電極と、先端に隣接し且つ水気又は水を放電領域に提供するように配置される集水素子と、を含むプラズマ浄化モジュール。

Claims (8)
- 電源の第1極に接続されるように配置される第1電極板と、
前記第1電極板の表面の上に設けられ、且つ前記電源の第2極に接続されるように配置され、少なくとも1つの通路を有する第2電極板と、
放電領域を形成するように配置され、前記第1電極板の前記表面に設けられ、且つ前記少なくとも1つの通路を貫通し、先端を有する少なくとも1つのロングタイプ電極と、
前記先端に隣接し且つ水気又は水を前記放電領域に提供するように配置され、前記第2電極板の上に設けられ、且つ少なくとも1つの開口を有し、前記ロングタイプ電極が順に前記少なくとも1つの通路と前記少なくとも1つの開口を貫通する集水素子と、
を含むプラズマ浄化モジュール。 - 前記少なくとも1つのロングタイプ電極は、少なくとも1つの針状電極又はカーボンブラシを含む請求項1に記載のプラズマ浄化モジュール。
- 前記集水素子は、スポンジ、冷却片又は冷却装置を含む請求項1または請求項2に記載のプラズマ浄化モジュール。
- 前記集水素子は、前記電源の前記第2極に接続される請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のプラズマ浄化モジュール。
- 前記第2電極板及び前記第2極は接地する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のプラズマ浄化モジュール。
- 高電圧回路板を更に含み、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板は、前記高電圧回路板を介して前記電源の前記第1極及び前記第2極と電気的に接続される請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のプラズマ浄化モジュール。
- 前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との電圧差は、3kV〜9kVである請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のプラズマ浄化モジュール。
- 電源の第1極に接続されるように配置される第1電極板と、
放電領域を形成するように配置され、前記第1電極板の表面に設けられ、且つ先端を有する少なくとも1つのロングタイプ電極と、
前記第1電極板の前記表面と前記少なくとも1つのロングタイプ電極の前記先端の上に設けられ、且つ前記電源の第2極に接続されると共に水気又は水を前記放電領域に提供するように配置される第2電極集水板と、
前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極集水板が高電圧回路板を介して前記電源の前記第1極及び前記第2極に電気的に接続される高電圧回路板と、
を含むプラズマ浄化モジュール。
