Abstract
【解決手段】荷重方向に作用する荷重に対して補強された部位となる補強部位26を有する複合材としての引抜成形材料10であって、補強部位26は、強化繊維を束ねて、荷重方向に沿って延在して設けられる芯材24と、繊維シート20により芯材24の周囲を被覆してなる被覆部28と、を有し、芯材24は、強化繊維の繊維方向が、荷重方向に沿って配向されている。

Description
図1は、実施形態1に係る複合材の一例を概略的に示す断面図である。図2は、実施形態1に係る引抜成形装置の一例を示す概略構成図である。図3は、実施形態1に係る引抜成形装置の成形型周りを示す概略構成図である。図4は、実施形態1に係る引抜成形方法に関するフローチャートである。
次に、図5を参照して、実施形態2に係る引抜成形材料40について説明する。なお、実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図5は、実施形態2に係る複合材の一例を概略的に示す断面図である。
次に、図6を参照して、実施形態3に係る引抜成形材料50について説明する。なお、実施形態3でも、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1及び2と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1及び2と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図6は、実施形態3に係る複合材の一例を概略的に示す断面図である。
次に、図7を参照して、実施形態4に係る引抜成形材料60について説明する。なお、実施形態4でも、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1から3と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1から3と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図7は、実施形態4に係る複合材の一例を概略的に示す断面図である。

Claims (6)
- 荷重方向に作用する荷重に対して補強された部位となる補強部位を有する複合材であって、
前記補強部位は、
繊維方向が前記荷重方向に沿って配向されている強化繊維からなり、前記荷重方向に沿って延在して設けられる芯部と、
繊維シートにより前記芯部の周囲を被覆してなる被覆部と、を有することを特徴とする複合材。 - 前記荷重方向に直交する面で切った断面において、所定方向に伸びる中立軸を第1中立軸とし、前記第1中立軸の直交方向に伸びる中立軸を第2中立軸とすると、
前記補強部位は、前記第1中立軸と前記第2中立軸との交点から、最も離れた部位となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材。 - 前記補強部位は、前記荷重方向に直交する面で切った断面において、自由端となる先端部及び屈曲するコーナー部の少なくとも一方の部位となっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の複合材。
- 荷重方向に作用する荷重に対して補強された部位となる補強部位を有する複合材を、引抜方向に引き抜きながら成形する引抜成形装置であって、
前記補強部位は、
強化繊維からなり、前記荷重方向に沿って延在して設けられる芯部と、
繊維シートにより前記芯部の周囲を被覆してなる被覆部と、を有しており、
前記強化繊維及び前記繊維シートが、前記引抜方向に沿って引き抜かれることで、前記補強部位を有する前記複合材を成形する成形型を備え、
前記成形型は、
前記芯部が形成されるように前記強化繊維を束ねて案内する芯部ガイド部と、
前記芯部の周囲を被覆するように前記繊維シートを案内する被覆部ガイド部と、を有することを特徴とする引抜成形装置。 - 荷重方向に作用する荷重に対して補強された部位となる補強部位を有する複合材を、引抜方向に引き抜きながら成形する引抜成形方法であって、
前記補強部位は、
強化繊維からなり、前記荷重方向に沿って延在して設けられる芯部と、
繊維シートにより前記芯部の周囲を被覆してなる被覆部と、を有しており、
前記強化繊維及び前記繊維シートが、前記引抜方向に沿って引き抜かれることで、前記補強部位を有する前記複合材を成形する引抜成形工程を備え、
前記引抜成形工程では、前記強化繊維を束ねて前記芯部を形成しつつ、前記芯部の周囲を前記繊維シートで被覆することを特徴とする引抜成形方法。 - 前記引抜成形工程では、前記芯部の周囲を被覆するように前記繊維シートを折り曲げるシート折り曲げ工程を行っていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の引抜成形方法。
