図1は、実施形態1に係る複合材部材の一例を概略的に示す断面図である。図2は、実施形態1に係る引抜成形装置の一例を示す概略構成図である。図3は、実施形態1に係る引抜成形装置の補強材供給部の一例を示す概略構成図である。図4は、実施形態1に係る引抜成形方法に関するフローチャートである。
次に、図6から図8を参照して、実施形態2に係る引抜成形材料40について説明する。なお、実施形態2では、重複した記載を避けるべく、実施形態1と異なる部分について説明し、実施形態1と同様の構成である部分については、同じ符号を付して説明する。図6は、実施形態2に係る複合材部材の一例を概略的に示す断面図である。図7は、実施形態2に係る引抜成形装置の補強材供給部の一例を示す概略構成図である。図8は、実施形態2に係る引抜成形方法に関するフローチャートである。

Claims (8)
- 長手方向に沿って延在した複数の繊維シートと、
複数の前記繊維シートにより形成されたコーナー部の内部に設けられた補強材と、を備え、
前記補強材が設けられる前記コーナー部の厚みは、前記コーナー部に連なる部位の厚みに比して厚くなっており、
複数の前記繊維シートは、前記コーナー部において積層して設けられ、
前記補強材は、
積層された前記繊維シートの間に設けられると共に、前記長手方向と同じ繊維方向となる面内補強繊維を有し、
前記補強材は、
前記繊維シートの層間方向と同じ繊維方向となる面外補強繊維を、さらに有することを特徴とする複合材部材。 - 前記コーナー部の内表面に設けられる前記繊維シートは、前記内表面内において連続して設けられ、
前記コーナー部の外表面に設けられる前記繊維シートは、前記外表面内において連続して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材部材。 - 長手方向に沿って延在した複数の繊維シートと、
複数の前記繊維シートにより形成されたコーナー部の内部に設けられた補強材と、を備え、
前記補強材が設けられる前記コーナー部の厚みは、前記コーナー部に連なる部位の厚みに比して厚くなっており、
複数の前記繊維シートは、前記コーナー部において積層して設けられ、
前記補強材は、強化繊維をシート状とした補強用繊維シートが予備成形された補強成形体であり、
前記補強成形体は、前記コーナー部において積層された複数の前記繊維シートの間に設けられていることを特徴とする複合材部材。 - 前記補強用繊維シートは、複数積層して設けられ、
前記補強材は、
前記補強用繊維シートの層間方向と同じ繊維方向となる面外補強繊維を、さらに有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合材部材。 - 引抜方向に引き抜かれた複数の繊維シートを備える複合材部材の引抜成形装置であって、
前記引抜方向に引き抜かれた複数の前記繊維シートによって形成されたコーナー部の内部に補強材を配して成形する成形型を備え、
前記成形型は、前記補強材が設けられる前記コーナー部の厚みが、前記コーナー部に連なる部位の厚みに比して厚くなるように成形することを特徴とする引抜成形装置。 - 前記補強材は、
強化繊維をシート状とした補強用繊維シートが予備成形された補強成形体であり、
前記補強用繊維シートが、前記引抜方向に沿って引き抜かれることで、前記補強成形体を予備成形する予備成形型を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の引抜成形装置。 - 複数の繊維シートを引抜方向に引き抜きながら成形する複合材部材の引抜成形方法であって、
前記引抜方向に引き抜かれる複数の前記繊維シートによって形成されるコーナー部の内部に補強材を配して成形する引抜成形工程を備え、
前記引抜成形工程では、前記補強材が設けられる前記コーナー部の厚みが、前記コーナー部に連なる部位の厚みに比して厚くなるように成形することを特徴とする引抜成形方法。 - 前記補強材は、
強化繊維をシート状とした補強用繊維シートが予備成形された補強成形体であり、
前記補強用繊維シートが、前記引抜方向に沿って引き抜かれることで、前記補強成形体を予備成形する補強材成形工程を、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の引抜成形方法。
