Claims (11)
- 積層される複数の単位バッテリーセルの間に挿入されるカートリッジフレームであって、
隣接する単位バッテリーセルの間に挿入され、隣接する単位バッテリーセルを隔離する板状のセル間隔離板と、
前記セル間隔離板の周縁のうち、前記バッテリーセルの電極端子が引き出される方向の周縁を除いた周縁から、前記セル間隔離板の板面に垂直する方向へ延びる側壁部と、を含み、
前記側壁部の少なくとも一部は、前記単位バッテリーセルの側面に面する内側壁が金属からなり、前記内側壁に対向する外側壁がプラスチックからなることを特徴とするカートリッジフレーム。 - 前記セル間隔離板が金属からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記金属がアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記カートリッジフレームは、インサート射出成形によって前記セル間隔離板と前記側壁部とが一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記セル間隔離板の周縁のうち、前記バッテリーセルの電極端子が引き出される方向の周縁に結合されて前記電極端子が接続する電極端子接続部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記内側壁と前記外側壁との間に防炎層が介されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記防炎層は、難燃性及び耐熱性のある樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、発泡化したことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記防炎層は、耐熱性のあるセラミックス物質からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記側壁部が、前記セル間隔離板から前記単位バッテリーセルの厚さに相応する高さで突出して延びたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のカートリッジフレームを複数含み、
前記複数のカートリッジフレームの間に一つ以上の単位バッテリーセルを挿入して積層することで成されるバッテリーモジュール。
