Claims (7)
- 複数の単位セルが積層されてなる積層型バッテリーパックであって、
前記複数の単位セルのそれぞれは、樹脂ホルダーと、前記樹脂ホルダーに収容された平型セルと、前記平型セルを覆う金属プレートと、前記樹脂ホルダーと前記平型セルの間に設けられ、前記樹脂ホルダーよりも熱伝導率が低く、且つ、前記樹脂ホルダーよりも可撓性の高いシート部材とを含み、これにより前記平型セルが前記樹脂ホルダーと前記金属プレートによって積層方向に挟まれた構造を有することを特徴とする積層型バッテリーパック。 - 前記金属プレートは、前記積層方向から見て前記樹脂ホルダーと重ならない突出部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型バッテリーパック。
- 前記積層方向に隣接する前記突出部を繋ぐ熱伝導部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の積層型バッテリーパック。
- 前記積層方向に隣接する前記突出部が互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の積層型バッテリーパック。
- 前記突出部は、前記積層方向から見て前記樹脂ホルダーと重なる主領域と同一平面を構成する第1の部分と、前記第1の部分に接続され、前記積層方向に延在する第2の部分と、前記第2の部分及び前記積層方向に隣接する別の前記突出部の前記第1の部分に接続された第3の部分とを含み、
前記第1及び第3の部分は、前記第2の部分から見て前記樹脂ホルダーから離れる方向に突出することによって放熱フィンを構成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の積層型バッテリーパック。 - 前記樹脂ホルダーは、前記平型セルを前記積層方向と直交する方向から覆う側板部を有し、
前記側板部には段差が設けられており、前記段差に前記金属プレートが位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の積層型バッテリーパック。 - 積層された前記複数の単位セルが載置されるブラケットをさらに備え、
前記ブラケットは、筐体の支持面と前記複数の単位セルの間に位置する底板部と、前記底板部に接続され、前記積層方向に延在する壁面部を含み、
前記壁面部には、前記平型セルの端子電極と対向する部分に開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層型バッテリーパック。
