Abstract
Description

追加的にまたは代替的に、移動防止歯は、第1側面と第2側面の両方に交差する平坦な表面をさらに備える。

Claims (15)
- 第1の端、第2の端、および長軸に沿って中を貫通して延びる管腔を備える拡張可能な管状のフレームワークからなる体内プロテーゼであって、該拡張可能な管状のフレームワークは相互に連結された複数の支柱を備え、
該相互に連結された支柱は、径方向外方に向かう面を有し、
該径方向外方に向かう面は、移動防止溝の間に形成される移動防止歯を画定する複数の移動防止溝を有し、
該移動防止歯は、組織に係合して身体の管腔の内側で体内プロテーゼの移動に抵抗する、体内プロテーゼ。 - 前記移動防止歯の各々は、第1側面と該第1側面に収束する第2側面から成る、請求項1に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1側面は、長軸に対して鋭角をなし、径方向外方へ前記第1の端に向かって傾斜している、請求項2に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記第2側面は、長軸に対して鋭角をなし、径方向外方へ前記第1の端に向かって傾斜している、請求項3に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1側面の角度は、前記第2側面の角度より小さい、請求項4に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記第1側面と前記第2側面は、線に沿って点に収束する、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記移動防止歯は、前記第1側面と第2側面の両方に交差する平坦な表面をさらに備える、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記平坦な表面は長軸に対して平行である、請求項7に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記移動防止歯の第1部分は、前記第1の端に向かって傾斜された前記第1側面と第2側面のうちの少なくとも一方を有し、前記移動防止歯の第2部分は、前記第2の端に向かって傾斜された前記第1側面と第2側面のうちの少なくとも一方を有する、請求項2に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記移動防止歯の第1部分は、前記第1の端の近位に配置され、且つ前記移動防止歯の第2部分は、前記第2の端の近位に配置される、請求項9に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記移動防止歯の第1部分は、前記第2の端の近位に配置され、且つ前記移動防止歯の第2部分は、前記第1の端の近位に配置される、請求項9に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 前記拡張可能な管状のフレームワークは、前記移動防止歯の第1部分と前記移動防止歯の第2部分の間で移動防止歯を欠く、請求項10または11に記載の体内プロテーゼ。
- 管状の部材から拡張可能な管状のフレームワークを形成することと、
径方向外方に向かう表面内に複数の移動防止溝を形成することによって隣接する移動防止溝の間に移動防止歯を画定すること、とからなる体内プロテーゼを形成する方法であって、前記拡張可能な管状のフレームワークは、第1の端、第2の端、および長軸に沿ってその中を貫通して延びる管腔を備え、該拡張可能なフレームワークは、複数の相互に連結された、径方向外方に向かう表面を有する支柱をさらに備える、体内プロテーゼの形成方法。 - 前記移動防止歯は、第1側面と該第1側面に収束する第2側面を備え、
