Description
Claims (15)
- エアロゾル形成基体を加熱するように構成されたエアロゾル発生装置であって、
電源と、
ヒーターと、
前記電源から前記ヒーターへの電力供給を制御するように構成されたコントローラと、
燃焼ガス検出器とを含み、
前記コントローラが前記燃焼検出器に接続され、また前記燃焼ガス検出器からの信号に基づき燃焼ガスレベルを監視するよう構成されている、エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記燃焼ガスレベルが第一の閾値ガスレベルを越えたときに、前記コントローラが前記ヒーターへの前記電力供給を低下させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- インジケータをさらに備え、前記燃焼ガスレベルが第二の閾値レベルを越えたときに前記コントローラが前記インジケータを起動するように構成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記装置が電気加熱式の喫煙装置である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記燃焼ガス検出器が一酸化炭素(CO)検出器または一酸化窒素(NOx)検出器である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記コントローラが所定の期間にわたり累積または平均の燃焼ガスレベルを計算し、前記累積または平均の燃焼ガスレベルを前記閾値レベルと比較するように構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記燃焼ガスレベルが停止レベルに達したときに、前記コントローラが前記電源から前記ヒーターへの前記電力供給を停止するように構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記コントローラが前記ヒーターへの前記電力供給を停止した後の前記燃焼ガスレベルを監視するように構成され、前記燃焼ガスレベルが前記停止レベルを越えたままの場合にインジケータを起動するように構成されている、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記燃焼ガスレベルを閾値レベルよりも下に維持するよう前記電源から前記ヒーターへの前記電力供給を調整するように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記装置が空気吸込み口および空気出口を備え、また使用時に、前記エアロゾル形成基体が前記空気吸込み口と前記空気出口の間の空気の流れ経路内に位置付けられ、また前記燃焼ガス検出器が前記空気吸込み口を通して引き込まれた燃焼ガスを検出するように位置付けられている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記装置が空気吸込み口および空気出口を備え、また、使用時に、前記エアロゾル形成基体が前記空気吸込み口と前記空気出口の間の空気の流れ経路内に位置付けられ、かつ空気が前記空気吸込み口を通り、前記エアロゾル形成基体を通り過ぎるかまたは通して前記空気出口に引き込まれ、また前記燃焼ガス検出器が、前記エアロゾル形成基体に隣接したまたはその下流にある燃焼ガスを検出するように位置付けられている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置と、前記装置内に受けられるかまたは前記装置と結合されるエアロゾル形成基体とを備える、エアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基体は、加熱に伴い前記基体から放出される揮発性たばこ風味化合物を含むたばこ含有材料を備える、請求項12に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基体が固体基体である、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 加熱式エアロゾル発生装置内にあるヒーターへの電力供給を制御する方法であって、
前記装置内またはその周辺の燃焼ガスレベルを監視する工程と、
前記燃焼ガスレベルが燃焼ガスレベルの閾値を越えた場合に、前記ヒーターへの前記電力供給を低下させる工程とを含む、方法。
