Abstract
Description

Claims (46)
- 熱伝導層と、
前記熱伝導層の第1の表面に結合された少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路と、
を備え、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、熱交換流体の進入を可能にするように構成された少なくとも1つの入口を備える、熱シールド。 - 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路が、前記熱伝導層の前記第1の表面の周りに延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路が、蛇行経路の形で前記熱伝導層の前記第1の表面の周りに延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱伝導層の前記第1の表面に接続された第1表面を有する第1の断熱層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記第1の断熱層は、前記第1表面に画定された少なくとも1つの溝を備え、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、前記少なくとも1つの溝によって画定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、少なくとも1つの管状部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記第1の断熱層は、前記第1表面に画定された少なくとも1つの溝を備え、前記少なくとも1つの管状部材は、前記少なくとも1つの溝内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱交換流体回路の前記少なくとも1つの入口に結合されるとともに、貯蔵ユニットから受け取られた熱交換流体を前記少なくとも1つの入口に導くように構成された入口ヘッダを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱交換流体回路は、熱交換流体の流出を導くように構成された少なくとも1つの出口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱交換流体回路の前記少なくとも1つの出口に結合されるとともに、前記少なくとも1つの出口から受け取った熱交換流体を前記貯蔵ユニットに導くように構成された出口ヘッダを備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱伝導層の第2の表面に接続された第2の断熱層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記第1の断熱層の第2表面に接続された第1の保護層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記第2の断熱層に接続された第2の保護層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱シールドは、使用されていないときには折り畳まれるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱シールドは、使用されていないときには巻かれるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の熱シールド。
- 第2の熱伝導層を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、前記熱伝導層間に画定された流路であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱シールド。 - 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、前記熱交換流体の少なくとも一部を吸収するように構成された吸湿材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記熱伝導層の第2の表面に結合された第2の熱交換流体回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱シールド。
- 前記第2の熱交換流体回路は、前記第1の熱交換流体回路と流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の熱シールド。
- 熱交換流体を少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路中に圧送するように構成された圧送ユニットを備える熱シールドを備える、略一定の温度を維持するためのシステム。
- 熱交換流体を貯蔵するための貯蔵ユニットを備え、
前記圧送ユニットは、前記貯蔵ユニットからの熱交換流体を前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路に圧送するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。 - 加熱媒体又は冷却媒体を貯蔵するための貯蔵ユニットを備え、前記圧送ユニットが熱交換流体を、該熱交換流体が加熱又は冷却されるように、前記貯蔵ユニットを通じて前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路に圧送するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路が、前記熱伝導層の前記第1の表面の周りに延びることを特徴とする請求項20〜22のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路が、蛇行経路の形で前記熱伝導層の前記第1の表面の周りに延びることを特徴とする請求項20〜22のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱シールドは、前記熱伝導層の前記第1の表面に接続された第1の表面を有する第1の断熱層を備えることを特徴とする請求項20〜24のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の断熱層は前記第1表面に画定された少なくとも1つの溝を備え、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、前記少なくとも1つの溝によって画定されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、少なくとも1つの管状部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項20〜25のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の断熱層は、前記第1表面に画定された少なくとも1つの溝を備え、前記少なくとも1つの管状部材は、前記少なくとも1つの溝中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項27に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱シールドは、前記熱交換流体回路の前記少なくとも1つの入口に結合するとともに前記貯蔵ユニットから受け取った熱交換流体を前記少なくとも1つの入口に導くように構成された、入口ヘッダを備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、熱交換流体の流出を導くように構成された少なくとも1つの出口を備えることを特徴とする請求項29に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換流体回路の少なくとも1つの出口に結合されるとともに前記少なくとも1つの出口から受け取った熱交換流体を前記貯蔵ユニットに導くように構成された、出口ヘッダを備えることを特徴とする請求項30に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱シールドは、前記熱伝導層の第2の表面に接続された第2の断熱層を備えることを特徴とする請求項20〜31のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱シールドは、前記第1の断熱層の第2表面に接続された第1の保護層を備えることを特徴とする請求項25に記載のシステム。
- センサと、熱交換流体を前記少なくとも1つの管状部材に選択的に圧送するように構成された制御ユニットと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20〜33のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱交換流体が、グリコール、グリコール溶液、氷スラリー、水及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項20〜34のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱シールドが巻かれるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項20〜35のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱シールドが折り畳まれるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項20〜35のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路は、第1の端部において前記入口ヘッダに結合され、第2の端部において前記出口ヘッダに結合された循環回路を備え、前記循環回路は、前記熱交換流体が熱交換器を通過するときに加熱又は冷却されるように前記熱交換器を通じて延びることを特徴とする請求項31に記載のシステム。
- 1つ以上の温度に敏感な製品を備える略一定の温度を維持する方法であって、
熱伝導層と、前記熱伝導層の第1の表面に結合した少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路と、を備える熱シールドを提供するステップであって、前記熱シールドは前記1つ以上の温度に敏感な製品の上に配置される、ステップと、
熱交換流体を、圧送ユニットを介して、貯蔵ユニットから前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路を通じて選択的に圧送するステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記選択的に圧送するステップは、1つ以上の基準に基づくことを特徴とする請求項39に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の基準は、温度が閾値を上回るか、又は下回る場合には、前記熱交換流体を圧送するステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の基準は、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路内において閉塞状態が検出された場合には、前記圧送ユニットを停止させるステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の基準は、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路において閉塞状態が検出された場合には、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体回路に関連する弁を閉じるステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項40に記載の方法。
- 前記貯蔵ユニットから出る熱交換流体の温度をモニタするステップと、
前記貯蔵ユニットに入る熱交換流体の温度をモニタするステップと、
モニタされた前記温度が等しくない場合には、モニタされた温度が略等しくなるまで、熱交換流体を前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体を通じて連続的に圧送するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項40に記載の方法。 - 前記モニタされた温度が略等しい場合には、前記方法が、前記圧送ユニットを遮断するステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項44に記載の方法。
- 前記圧送ユニットが一定期間遮断された場合には、前記方法が、
前記熱シールドから前記貯蔵ユニット中へ、熱交換流体の一部を圧送するように、前記圧送ユニットを作動させるステップと、
前記熱交換流体の一部の温度をモニタするステップと、
前記熱交換流体の一部の温度が閾値を下回る場合には、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換流体を通じて熱交換流体を連続的に圧送するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項45に記載の方法。
