Abstract
Description
作動する、特により小さいポンプシステムにおいて、スリーブで案内されるロータの使用と関連して、特に500〜1000U/minの範囲の低回転数と高い作動圧の場合に、効率損失が同時の場合の駆動トルクの不相応な上昇が目につくようになる。

Claims (6)
- ジェロータポンプであって、このジェロータポンプが外側に歯切られた内歯車と、ロータ(1)と、内側に歯切られた外歯車と、環状歯車(2)とを備えており、この環状歯車が、ポンプケーシング(3)の円形の作動室内で、両歯車が噛合いながら係合しかつその特有であるが、相対してずらされた軸線を中心に回転するように案内されており、
ロータ(1)が支承ケース(4)上で片側だけで支承されており、互いに噛合っている歯車の端壁(5)の両側に各々側壁(6)が配置されており、これらの端壁がポンプケーシング(3)内で一体化されているか或いは蓋(7)としてポンプケーシング(3)に配置されており、
これらの端壁(6)の少なくとも一方に、ロータ(1)と環状歯車(2)の互いにずらされている軸線を含む偏芯平面の両側に対して、各々円弧状の圧力腎臓状部(8)と向かい合って円弧状の吸込み腎臓状部(9)が配置されているジェロータポンプにおいて、
圧力腎臓状部(8)と吸込み腎臓状部(9)に隣接したロータ(1)の端壁(5)において、各歯(10)にその歯高(H)にわたり、歯中心平面(M)において始まり、或いはロータ(1)の回転方向(R)で歯中心平面(M)の前方に“ずらされて”始まる、ロータ(1)の回転方向(R)でロータ(1)の端壁(5)に対して傾斜した潤滑面(11)が各々配置されており、
この潤滑面が一つの平坦な面又は相並んで接続する複数の平坦な部分面から形成され、これら部分面がロータ(1)の端壁(5)の表面平面に対して、各々傾斜角(α,β,γ…)を形成し、この傾斜角が各々0.2°〜74°までの範囲にあることを特徴とするジェロータポンプ。 - ロータ(1)の回転方向(R)で端壁(5)の表面平面に対して傾斜した潤滑面(11)が、各々相並んで接続する二つの平坦な部分平面から形成され、これらの部分平面がロータ(1)の端壁(5)の表面平面に対して、各々(α)又は(β)の傾斜角を形成し、
(α)が(β)よりも小さく、より大きな傾斜角(β)で傾斜した潤滑面(11)の部分平面が、面出口(14)でロータ(1)の端壁(5)の表面平面に移行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジェロータポンプ。 - ロータ(1)の端壁(5)において、各歯(10)に歯高(H)全体にわたり配置されている潤滑面(11)が、ロータ(1)の回転方向(R)で、歯中心平面(M)の前方に“ずらされた状態で”、この潤滑平面が、歯中心平面(M)に対して平行にかつ歯元幅(B)の最大20%のずれ(V)だけずれて始まるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のジェロータポンプ。
- 支承スリーブ(4)が、その支承表面に僅かな表面粗さを有するセラミック材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のジェロータポンプ。
- 支承スリーブ(4)の案内長(F)が、支承部直径(D)の2倍から2.3倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のジェロータポンプ。
- 支承スリーブ(4)の案内長(F)が、支承スリーブ(4)の全長(L)の約53%〜60%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のジェロータポンプ。
