Abstract
Description
この時、前記粘着フィルムは波長380nm以下の光線透過率が10%未満、例えば5%未満、例えば約1%未満であってもよい。また、前記粘着フィルムは波長360nm以下の光線透過率が約1%未満であってもよい。前記粘着フィルムが前記波長範囲の光線に対して前記範囲の低い透過率を有することによって、優れた紫外線遮断機能を確保することができ、それを適用した機器の耐久性を向上させることができる。
実施例1
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート38重量%、メチルアクリレート44重量%及びヒドロキシブチルアクリレート18重量%を重合して分子量が100万のアクリル系樹脂を製造した。前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、イソシアネート基(−NCO)を3個含むヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系硬化剤1重量部、イソシアネート基(−NCO)を6個含むヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系硬化剤0.3重量部、及びベンゾトリアゾール基を有する紫外線遮断剤2重量部を含む粘着剤組成物を製造した。前記粘着剤組成物に溶剤としてトルエンを混合してコーティング液を準備し、前記コーティング液を塗布した後、熱硬化コーティング装置を利用して80℃で1.5分間、110℃で1.5分間熱硬化した。次に、40℃で2日間エイジング(aging)することにより粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対し、イソシアネート基(−NCO)を2個含むヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系硬化剤0.3重量部、イソシアネート基(−NCO)を5個含むヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系硬化剤0.1重量部を混合したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記粘着剤組成物がベンゾトリアゾール基を有する紫外線遮断剤を含まないことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記粘着剤組成物がイソシアネート基(−NCO)を3個含むヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系硬化剤を含まず、40℃で7日間エイジング(aging)したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記粘着剤組成物がイソシアネート基(−NCO)を6個含むヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系硬化剤を含まず、40℃で5日間エイジング(aging)したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
前記粘着剤組成物がベンゾトリアゾール基含有紫外線遮断剤の代わりに、ヒドロキシベンゾフェノン(hydroxybenzophenone)系紫外線遮断剤を含むことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により粘着フィルムを製造した。
実験例1:白濁現象及び気泡発生現象の測定
前記実施例及び比較例の粘着フィルムを70mm×130mm(横×縦)大きさに切ってガラス基材に貼り付けた後、温度85℃、相対湿度85%の条件で250時間保管した後に気泡発生率(個/cm2)を導出し、その結果は下記表1に示す。
前記実施例及び比較例の粘着フィルムに対し、これを透明ガラス基材に貼り付けた後、紫外線−可視光線−近赤外線分光光度計(uv−vis−nir spectrophotometer)を利用して常温の条件で光線透過率を測定し、その結果は下記表1に示すとおりである。
前記実施例及び比較例の粘着フィルムに対し、透明ガラス基材に貼り付けた後、ヘイズ測定装置(BYK Gard Plus)を利用してヘイズを測定し、その結果は下記表1に示すとおりである。
Claims (14)
- アクリル系樹脂、
1個〜3個の官能基を有する第1硬化剤、
4個〜6個の官能基を有する第2硬化剤、及び
ベンゾトリアゾール基含有紫外線遮断剤を含むタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。 - 前記第1硬化剤:第2硬化剤の重量比は2:1〜4:1である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記第1硬化剤及び前記第2硬化剤はヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系硬化剤である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル系樹脂は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体、及び親水性官能基含有単量体を含む単量体成分が重合して形成される、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記単量体成分は、前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体100重量部に対し、前記親水性官能基含有単量体5〜15重量部を含む、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記親水性官能基含有単量体は、ヒドロキシ基含有単量体、アミノ基含有単量体、カルボキシル基含有単量体、スルホン基含有単量体、モルホリン基含有単量体、グリシジル基含有単量体及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリル酸エステル系単量体は、炭素数1〜14の線状もしくは分岐状のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項4に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記第1硬化剤及び第2硬化剤の総含量は、前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して0.4〜1.5重量部である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ベンゾトリアゾール基含有紫外線遮断剤の含量は、前記アクリル系樹脂100重量部に対して0.5〜5重量部である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のタッチパネル用粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含むタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 前記硬化物は、前記タッチパネル用粘着剤組成物を70℃〜120℃で0.5分間〜5分間熱硬化させた後、30℃〜60℃で1日間〜3日間エイジング(aging)して製造される、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 前記硬化物の密度は1g/cm3〜1.5g/cm3である、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは波長380nm以下の光線透過率が10%未満である、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着フィルムは、温度85℃、相対湿度85%の条件で200〜500時間放置後の気泡発生率が5個/cm2以下である、請求項10に記載のタッチパネル用粘着フィルム。
