Claims (15)
- 高圧領域からクランクケース圧力領域内への冷媒流の制御および前記クランクケース圧力領域から低圧領域内への冷媒流の制御を行うための特に空調用コンプレッサ向けの電気制御弁であって、
2つの異なる位置で前記高圧領域と前記クランクケース圧力領域の連結および前記クランクケース圧力領域と前記低圧領域の連結を行う制御ピストンと、
前記制御ピストンを前記2つの異なる位置間で前後に動かす電気モータと、
前記電気モータによって動かされた前記制御ピストンの位置を確認するセンサと、
前記センサによって確認された前記制御ピストンの前記位置に応じて、前記電気モータによる前記制御ピストンの動きを用いて前記冷媒流を制御する制御ユニットと、
を備える制御弁。 - 前記制御ピストンは、前記制御弁の前記高圧領域と前記クランクケース圧力領域との間および前記制御弁の前記クランクケース圧力領域と前記低圧領域との間の連結部の断面が、前記制御ピストンの第1の位置と前記制御ピストンの第2の位置との間で連続可変になるように設計される、
請求項1に記載の制御弁。 - 2つの異なる位置間の前記制御ピストンの前記動きを案内するケーシングをさらに備える、
請求項1または2に記載の制御弁。 - 前記制御ピストンと前記ケーシングとの間に配置された1つまたは複数の封止デバイスをさらに備える、
請求項3に記載の制御弁。 - 前記モータは、前記2つの異なる位置間の螺旋運動または直線運動の形態で、前記制御ピストンを前記2つの異なる位置間で前後に動かす、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 歯車機構をさらに備え、
前記電気モータは、前記歯車機構を用いて前記制御ピストンの前記位置を動かす、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記歯車機構は、ウォーム歯車機構またはベベル歯車機構として設計される、請求項6に記載の制御弁。
- 前記電気モータは、サーボモータとして設計され、前記センサを備える、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記センサは、ホールセンサとして設計され、前記制御ピストンの前記動きは、磁場の変化として確認される、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記ホールセンサに対向して前記制御ピストンに配置された永久磁石をさらに備える、
請求項9に記載の制御弁。 - 前記ホールセンサは、少なくとも前記制御ピストンの前記2つの異なる位置のうちの1つにおいて、前記ホールセンサ上に配置された前記永久磁石に接するように設計される、
請求項10に記載の制御弁。 - 前記ホールセンサは、前記制御弁を動かすことなく前記制御弁の前記2つの異なる位置のうちの少なくとも1つを確認するように設計される、
請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記センサによって確認された前記制御ピストンの前記位置およびパルス幅変調入力信号に応じて、前記電気モータによる前記制御ピストンの動きを用いて前記冷媒流が制御されるように設計される、
請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記制御ユニットは、少なくとも部分的に、前記パルス幅変調入力信号によって提供される電力が、前記モータによって前記制御ピストンを動かすために、および前記センサによって前記制御ピストンの前記位置を確認するために使用されるように設計される、
請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 高圧領域、低圧領域、およびクランクケース圧力領域を有する空調用コンプレッサであって、
請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁をさらに備える空調用コンプレッサ。
