Claims (32)
- 凸版印刷および/または凹版印刷方法のための、印刷イメージの仕様(20)に従ってイメージ構造(12)を製造する方法(100)であって、
以下のステップ:
a)イメージ構造(12)を受け入れるベース本体(10)を準備するステップ、
b)印刷イメージ層(11)が前記ベース本体(10)上にイメージ構造(12)を有して構成されるように、前記ベース本体(10)に前記イメージ構造(12)を生成するステップ
を行う、方法。 - 前記ステップb)に従って、最初に、材料(13)を、前記ベース本体(10)に層として適用し、その後、3Dプリント方法および/または彫刻によって前記イメージ構造(12)が生じるように適合する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)に従って、前記イメージ構造(12)を、印刷フォーム機械(50)において、前記印刷フォーム機械(50)の処理デバイス(51)によって生成する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップa)に従って、除去および/またはクリーニングプロセスを行う、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)の後で、前記イメージ構造(12)の後処理を行い、前記印刷イメージ層(11)を、研削プロセスによって前記イメージ構造(12)とともに後処理する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)に従って、弾性層(10.2)および/または担体層(10.3)を前記ベース本体(10)に適用し、前記イメージ構造(12)を前記担体層(10.3)上に生成する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 凸版印刷方法および/または凹版印刷方法のための、印刷イメージの仕様(20)に従ってイメージ構造(12)を生成する方法(100)であって、
前記イメージ構造(12)を印刷フォーム機械(50)によって付加的に生成する、方法。 - 前記イメージ構造(12)を、ベース本体(10)上、特に前記ベース本体(10)の担体層(10.3)上に生成する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)が別個の印刷イメージ層(11)として構成され、前記ベース本体(10)に適用可能であるように、前記イメージ構造(12)を前記担体層(10.3)上に生成する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 弾性層(10.2)および/または担体層(10.3)を前記印刷フォーム機械(50)によって生成し、前記弾性層(10.2)および/または前記担体層(10.3)を前記印刷イメージ層(11)とともに前記ベース本体(10)に適用する、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)を、材料(13)から、製造方法、特に付加および/または除去製造方法、3Dプリント方法によって、および/または彫刻によって生成する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)を、第1のステップにおいて前処理によって、特に付加加工方法によって、および、後続の第2のステップにおいて、精密仕上げおよび/または彫刻、特に細断および/または除去加工方法によって生成する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)を、材料(13)をレーザー加工することによって生成し、特に前記材料(13)を、前記レーザー加工の前に、少なくとも部分的に除去し、特に細断する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)の生成のために、特に前記前処理によって、最初に材料(13)を適用し、その後、特にUV光および/または電子ビーム硬化によって硬化する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)を、印刷機械(40)内でベース本体(10)上に直接的に生成し、特に前記ベース本体(10)を前記印刷機械(40)のマンドレル(42)に取り付ける、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記材料(13)を、前記イメージ構造(12)の生成のために、適用方法、特に押出、スプレー、焼結、スリットノズルコーティング、注入、充填、ドクタリングおよび/または接着によって適用する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)の生成のための処理デバイス(51)の制御および/または材料(13)の選択を、デジタルパラメーターに調整し、特に前記デジタルパラメーターを、前記ベース本体(10)から非接触に転送する、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記イメージ構造(12)を、材料(13)、特に多成分生成物、ポリマー、コーンスターチ、ホットグルー、エラストマー、EPDM、ゴムおよび/または粉末から構成する、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記担体層(10.3)を、プラスチック、特にポリエステル、ポリウレタンおよび/またはPETから硬質の層として構成する、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性層(10.2)は、発泡材料、特にポリウレタン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、PETおよび/またはバイオポリマーを含む、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性層(10.2)は、片面もしくは両面接着テープから構成され、および/または、片面もしくは両面接着材料(10.4)を含む、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性層(10.2)は0.1mm〜2mm、特に0.5mm〜1mmの厚さを有し、および/または、前記担体層(10.3)は、100μm〜1000μm、特に主に300μmの厚さを有し、および/または、前記イメージ構造(12)を有する前記印刷イメージ層(11)は、0.1mm〜10mm、特にすなわち0.5mm〜1mmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 材料(13)を適用することによってイメージ構造(12)を生成する処理デバイス(51)、および、前記処理デバイス(51)を制御する制御デバイス(52)を用いて、特に凸版印刷方法および/または凹版印刷方法のための、印刷イメージの仕様(20)に従ったイメージ構造(12)を生成する印刷フォーム機械(50)であって、
前記処理デバイス(51)は、前記イメージ構造(12)が印刷イメージの仕様(20)に従って材料(13)から生成可能であるように構成されている、印刷フォーム機械。 - 不揮発性メモリユニット(52.2)が設けられ、前記不揮発性メモリユニット(52.2)は、前記印刷イメージの仕様(20)、および特に、ベース本体(10)上に前記イメージ構造(12)を生成するためのデジタルパラメーターを含む、請求項23に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
- 前記処理デバイス(51)は、エネルギー源(51.1)、特にレーザー源を備え、加工方法、特に3Dプリント方法および/または彫刻を実施可能である、請求項23または24に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
- 前記材料(13)の前処理のための第1の処理デバイス(51a)、ならびに、前記材料(13)の精密仕上げおよび/または彫刻のための第2の処理デバイス(51b)が設けられている、請求項23〜25のいずれか1項に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
- 前記処理デバイス(51)は前記制御デバイス(52)によって制御可能であり、それによって、前記イメージ構造(12)を、前記ベース本体(10)の部分的なエリア上に生成可能であり、
前記部分的なエリアは、前記印刷イメージの仕様(20)に従って評価デバイス(52.1)によって定めることができる、請求項23〜26のいずれか1項に記載の印刷フォーム機械。 - 前記制御デバイス(52)によって、所定のパラメーターに応じて、前記イメージ構造(12)の生成のための前記材料(13)を選択可能であるとともに適用可能である、請求項23〜27のいずれか1項に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
- 前記印刷フォーム機械(50)は、前記ベース本体(10)および/または前記イメージ構造(12)の移動のための搬送デバイス(55)を備えている、請求項23〜28のいずれか1項に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
- 前記印刷フォーム機械(50)は、ガイドデバイス(54)、特にリニアガイドを備え、特に前記処理デバイス(51)は前記ガイドデバイス(54)に対して移動可能に配置可能である、請求項23〜29のいずれか1項に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
- 少なくとも2つの処理デバイス(51)が設けられ、前記処理デバイス(51)は特にガイドデバイス(54)によって移動可能である、請求項23〜30のいずれか1項に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
- 前記印刷フォーム機械(50)は、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法(100)に従って動作可能である、請求項23〜31のいずれか1項に記載の印刷フォーム機械。
