Claims (10)
- 切断工具用の予備材料、特に鋸刃や鋸帯の予備材料を製造する方法であって、
金属キャリア材料からなるバンド状のキャリアと高速度鋼からなるワイヤが、当該キャリアの側縁に沿って連続的に当接されながら溶接装置へ搬送され、
前記側縁に沿って前記キャリアが前記ワイヤに溶接されることによりバイメタルバンドが形成され、
前記キャリアと前記ワイヤは、少なくとも第一溶接装置と第二溶接装置によって溶接され、
前記第一溶接装置は、前記キャリアの一方の側に配置され、
前記第二溶接装置は、前記キャリアの前記一方の側とは反対側に配置される、
方法。 - 前記第一溶接装置と前記第二溶接装置は、前記キャリアの搬送方向にオフセットするように配置される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第一溶接装置と前記第二溶接装置は、レーザ溶接装置である、
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記第一溶接装置と前記第二溶接装置の出力は、開ループ方式または閉ループ方式で制御される、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記キャリアと前記ワイヤを備える溶接アセンブリの角度歪みと溶接継ぎ目の隆起高さが記録され、
対向配置されている前記第一溶接装置と前記第二溶接装置の前記出力は、前記角度歪みと前記隆起高さが最小となるように調節される、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記キャリアと前記ワイヤの間に形成された溶接継ぎ目は、前記バイメタルに所望のドレッシングがなされる場合、当該ドレッシングの前に機械加工に供されない、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記バイメタルバンドは、ドレッシングに供されない、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造された予備材料からなる、
鋸刃または鋸帯。 - 前記キャリア材料は、以下の組成を有している、
請求項8に記載の鋸刃または鋸帯。

珪素(Si):2.0重量%以下
マンガン(Mn):2.0重量%以下
